Stopped by this Subway because it opened earlier than others nearby, which seemed like a good find, but turned out to be a letdown. The toaster wasn’t working, which for a sandwich shop like Subway is a big miss, especially first thing in the morning. It makes me question whether proper prep is happening before opening hours; equipment should be ready to go. Also, parking was practically nonexistent, which adds more friction to a quick bite stop. This visit left me feeling more frustrated to start my day.

I just visited this location with a friend with coupons. We each had our own coupons and we’re making separate purchases, but the proprietor decided that since both coupons came from the same sheet that only one could be used!?! In retrospect, I suppose I could have just stepped outside and tore them separately where he couldn’t see them, but how stupid is that?!? Disappointed… If you go there and plan to use coupons, I guess you have to pretend you don’t know your friend…:(

Front desk lady doesn’t allow for paper coupon because it’ll hurt their sale numbers. Works in other subways though, one down a couple streets.

If you mobile order they’re sure to give you as little toppings as possible. I’d recommend ordering online while in the store so you can make sure they make the sandwich right.

I took my kids here today and ordered three sandwiches, the total was $43.00 no drinks or snacks, after I paid for the sandwiches, the guy said “ you should have ordered online we have a promotion 2 foot longs for $12.99”. My first thought was to cancel the order but I had two kids with me excited about eating their subs. That said, I have never been a big fan of Subway since they doubled their prices and the serving sizes remained the same… shame on him for not focusing on customer retention… I prefer Jimmy’s John or Jersey Mike and this experience supports my decision. After toasting the bread it was very hard and dry.

Ordered lunch here and it was not ready even when the subway app said it was ready. When inquired about the order 10 minutes post the order ready time, the owner/attendant replied very rudely. When I finally received my order it had ingredients missing e.g bacon, some sauces that I added and the overall sub was a bad job. Avoid this place if you can.

This is my second online order from this location, and like the first, the toppings were extremely sparse. It felt like eating plain bread with barely any vegetables or protein. The portions are too small, and I won’t be ordering again unless this is addressed.

This location charges $2 more for a 6″ than other locations in the area. Today was my first time walking over to this location during lunch at work and I’m actually shocked at how many people were there even though the price is 25% higher here than other Subways for half a sandwich. You get more for the same price at any other sandwich place in and around downtown Bellevue. WILD. Will not be going back.
