A usual airport experience. Food taste was ok, they were cooking it fresh. They had sushi as well, although didn’t want to chance it.
Plenty of seating in a food court style. Place as somewhat clean.
Overall not a bad place.

Decent sushi for an airport restaurant!
Tried SV roll, salmon skin roll, edamame, miso soup and seaweed salad and I liked them all. It’s expensive but expected when you get food at an airport.

Sushi fish is freaking colored. Tuna colored red! And it is mostly rice. Specially made to hide it is mostly rice. Worst ever. And it was 20 bucks. Don’t eat here – scam

Selling drinks expired a week ago. Food seems not properly cleaned and not properly cooked. I hope we don’t get sick eating this. I saw the food preparer had a piece of meat drop out of our food plate and she didn’t care at all… Worst ever and expensive…

Do not order the tempura udon. The “tempura” vegetables (including some sort of unpeeled squash, not zucchini) seem like they haven’t even been fried, and then are soaked through. There are raw carrots, spinach, and broccoli in the soup as well. The noodles are fine though. This soup was $19 before tax btw

This authentic sushi bay offers pre packaged sushi that makes me throw out the old rule “never eat airport sushi,”. So I find a great dragon roll that looks and more importantly tastes fresh and of good quality. The decor sets a nice ambiance with traditional drums.
Accessible restrooms in central airport with diaper changer. Van accessible parking in paid airport parking.

I tried this restaurant on my stop over at the San Jose International Airport. It was okay. I had the Donburi bowl with miso soup. The bowl was actually good but I didn’t quite like the soup. I also had the Japanese Wafer desert ice cream. It was okay. It had somewhat of a coffee taste to it.

A picture says a thousand words. But also my teriyaki salmon tasted like it was grilled in chicken gristle and covered in watered down sauce. The rice is under cooked. And that’s the saddest excuse for a salad that I’ve ever seen.

Pretty decent food for an airport restaurant! I had the teriyaki chicken and my fellow traveler had the tonkasu. Both were good.
My one complaint is the steamed broccoli was cold. Not a big deal but can be improved.
