I wasn’t expecting anything too different to the norm, a burgers a burger right? WRONG!
This was the best burger I’ve had in a long time, in Belfast and further a field and the regular chips where really good too.
The burger was moist yet had crispy edges, the bap held up well and the fillings were perfect. I’m a dipper, I like to swallow with ease haha and most burger joints require a lot of sauce but not here – though their dips were great!
The foodery is in a community space in an old mill in East Belfast and as a Westy I’m jealous of their space, it’s really something very special – GO and check it out!!

The burgers here are class! I had the Bacon Jam burger which was so tasty! My son had the bacon double cheeseburger. He enjoyed it immensely. Skin on fries are really good too but for me they are slightly over seasoned (I find this with a lot of modern eateries). For my son they were perfect which shows that everyone’s taste is different. I totally recommend Hi Burger and I will be back for more soon!

The best burgers in Belfast with very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t eat burgers from anywhere else now after discovering HiBurger.
Tip – best to pre order to avoid the wait during busy times but definitely worth the wait if you don’t.

I have two most memorable burgers spots in my life and this is one of them.
The crust on the burger is insane.
The buffalo chicken was super super crispy and if you’re not covered in sauce when you’re finished, you’re doing it wrong.
I also had the regular burger and the burger with steak. Both were just perfect and I was blown away by the steak burger.
Coming back to eat the rest of the menu soon.

Lovely quality and good range on the menu. The staff was good to see me struggling and tell me they had a kids burger off menu. Had the spice bag/bowl and it was top notch. Inside banana block so it’s communal seating between the other restaurants but nice enough

Dropped into banana block to have a coffee and then the kids needed some food. Had a quick look at HI Burger as I had heard good things. The staff were very friendly and encouraged us to get kids meals which were not on the menu. The food was brilliant and the value for money is great. We will be back for sure. PS the chips are also amazing so don’t miss out on those.
