If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience, look no further than Kabab Jo off of Timberlake Road next to Calvary Chapel. I recently had their lamb kabab sandwich, and it was excellent. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, wrapped in fresh, warm bread with just the right balance of toppings. For dessert, we indulged in their baklava, which was a delightful blend of sweet, flaky layers, and paired it with a cup of authentic Turkish tea. The service was friendly and attentive. Kabab Jo’s is a hidden gem that I can’t recommend highly enough!

Great new Mediterranean Restaurant in Lynchburg! Loved it! The food was amazing, Dolmas were so flavorful, seasoned, and served at the perfect temperature! The Chicken and Lamb Kabobs were juicy and delicious, and I was more than pleased with the service and how engaged the owner was with us! We used to have to travel to Charlottesville for this level of food, but never again ! And had to get some Baklava for the road that was also served fresh and warm! Was thrilled overall and definitely will be a frequent visitor!

Quality ingredients, aromatic flavor, fresh, filling dishes. I was taken aback by just how good the food was. I don’t mean this in a critical way, because they are very new – but don’t let the looks of the place deceive you (though it was very clean you can tell they’re still new to that little spot). I was truly impressed with just how delicious this food was and I’m picky. The server was very nice, the food didn’t take long to come out, and the portion sizes were more than reasonable. We shared the platter for two and it was worth every penny. I look forward to going back there again. I’ve never had a stuffed grape leaf that made me go woooooow. I could go on and on. Very satisfied.
