Met the owner, and advised I was completely shocked at the customer service provided at this location – in a good way! We go in often to pick-up a quick dinner from this location because of Josh! He’s amazing and really loves his job! He’s funny, and makes my night just a bit better when we are blessed enough to get him. AND – he makes a fantastic sandwich to boot! SUBWAY you should use him as a trainer! Way to REPRESENT Josh!!

The ladies working here were really competent, welcoming and fast for how busy it was but I really miss the days when subway actually had fresh ingredients. The lettuce was brown the spinach was soggy the cucumbers looked rotten even the pickles looked old which I don’t even know how that can happen. Do better subway.

The lady put cheese sauce on my sub without asking me instead of shredded cheese. Then after the 2nd bite I had to go up and ask them to reheat the sb because my steakand cheese sub was cold! Now the veggies are soft. I’ll never go back to this subway ever again!! Very disappointed

We ordered online. When picking up order the workers gave us the wrong bag which we realized after getting in the car. When we went back in they didn’t apologize or anything. Just shrugged it off like too bad we inconvenienced you. The food was great but service was lacking.

The employee Josh is wonderful! I came in close to closing time and he had a great attitude and you can tell he really loves his job. The store was spotless and sandwich was perfect! His employers are lucky to have such a hard worker! I’ll be back just because of him and his great customer service!

We called ahead to make sure they take coupons. She said “yes, one per person per day”. 4 of us walk in (two adults and our two kids) with three coupons and she says “I’m not taking all three, one per group”. I reminded her of the one per person per day. “She ended up taking 2 of them but had to use 2 different cards. Then at the end I asked the young man at the register what size drink with the combo should we take. She yelled from the other end “SMALL!!”. Definitely no customer service engagement skills. Still got to use 2 coupons but was not a pleasant experience at all.
