We couldn’t stay, but the owner and presumed regulars, were fun to talk to. Carbo’s has a terrific sports mural and we were with the artist, our friend, John Betkin. John showed us several murals he has done around Streater. I was impressed with Carbo’s, and that the ownership added a sports flare with original art. John said their food is very good too, sadly we had to go.
