20 mins ago , I placed an order in uber eats and this what i received that my food is burnt and it has a lot of oil like is not difficult to cook a rib or a chicken and i didn’t my smoothie with my order , im fully disappointed because i paid like $40

I had the kaluha pork and my husband had the chicken kuntatsu both dishes were very good made us full and worth the price I’ve no idea why people are rating the restaurant 1 to 2 stars…anyway love the food will be back.

The food was disgusting. The grilled chicken still had skin on it. The Mac was flavorless and you would find yourself biting into chunks of tuna. The steam vegetables were flavorless and tastes like someone steamed some coleslaw and added chunks of carrots for extra flavorless character.

The service was warm and attentive, our server made excellent recommendations, and we felt truly taken care of. The food was phenomenal—fresh poke, sweet and savory coconut shrimp, and a flavorful loco moco that hit the spot. The ambiance captured the essence of Hawaii perfectly, with soft lighting, rustic wood furniture, and island-inspired décor that made the whole dining experience feel like a tropical vacation. This place is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be back!

The buy 1 get 1 offer is nasty the pot stickers are frozen then microwave since they’re not all the same sizes. If the quantity says 9 pieces you’ll receive a total of 9 pieces from the regular shapes or 1 cut in half turned into two pieces. If you ever bought chicken nuggets from Costco and noticed in every bag at the very bottom you’ll find some little crumb pieces, yes they’ll charge you for those or the burnt ones. Uber eats won’t do anything nor the restaurant so if you go there to eat check everything before leaving. No wonder the reviews are horrible
