Friendly, Clean & Tasty!!! I try and eat healthy for lunch and frequent various Subways often while driving around Tampa. Maurice, who I learned was the manager, convinced me to try the new nachos with my sub, which I did and liked very much. my regular sub of choice the Philly with was just the way I like it with warm meat and cheese and crisp cold veggies. the store looked to be newly remodeled and clean.
I learned while talking with Maurice that he took over the store a few months ago and he believed he finally had built a solid staff and was working to increase business. he asked if I would share if I enjoyed lunch. well I did and appreciated the personal attention I got.

I’ve been to this Subway location a few times now, always late at night, and this young lady consistently provides excellent service. She’s friendly, efficient, and makes a great sandwich. The store is always clean, and she’s clearly working hard to keep things running smoothly. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because, she’s always the only one in there, but that’s likely a management issue, not a reflection on her. Overall, a great experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at Subway today, all thanks to a lovely night shift employee. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She patiently listened to my complicated order and made my sandwich with such care and precision – it was a work of art! Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly brightened my day. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!

I’ve been a regular at this Subway, and the night shift employee is fantastic! She’s always welcoming, quick with orders, and has a great attitude, even late at night. The sandwiches are always well-made, and she’s careful with the toppings. The only thing that could improve is sometimes the line can get a little long, and she’s the only one most times.

This location is pretty slow, waited in line for over 15 minutes.
Corporate is cutting ingredients and limiting the variety, this was not part of my rating.
We will probably just go to Publix, Jimmy John’s or Firehouse subs in the future.

REVIEW ON NICK: Do not do an online order. If you’re not there to baby sit them while they make your food, then dont be surprised if your bacon is burnt to the point its unedible. This was my case. Not to mention, my Mom’s bread was stale and not heated up like we wanted and paid for it to be. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand that. However, when I confronted Nick, the only one working there at the time, he gave an attitude and displayed very agressive behavior. When I told him my Mom’s bread was stale, he put a tray of bread in front of me and told me to touch it to prove it wasnt stale. I went in with a very calm attitude despite eating bacon that had to have been in the microwave for 10 minutes. He denied to remake my sandwich and also denied a refund. I will never go back to this store.
To think that Nick took this bacon out of the microwave, saw that it was burnt, and still put it on my sandwich is CRAZY. He does not need to be working with food.

Went in to get lunch for the family. My daughter loved the chicken Mexicali sandwich but unfortunately they no longer have that on the menu. However, a super-helpful lady who was working on Aug 31st told me that she still had all the ingredients but would have to ring it up as a. Chicken rotisserie sandwich. So, happy kid and nice lunch and a loyal customer gained.

This is the worst subway I have been to this far. I asked for wheat bread and got a stale white bread. It was inedible and literally threw it in the trash.

Worse service by the guy working night shift on Feb 4th. Order online and got there 20 min after and order wasn’t even started and the place was empty. He was in the back (with his buddies). Terrible service when he is there. Other employees are fine.
