The pizza and cheezy bread was really good.
It was 9:30pm on a Saturday and the inside seating area was blocked off, so no inside dining and no place to sit while waiting for the food.
Per the hours they are open to midnight on Saturday’s.
The service was good.
There was an outside seating area, it was pretty dirty.

Ordered online and didnt recieve our pizza. Called the store and was on hold for 30 min. Someone answered and said “o it should be to you in 30 min”. 35 min passed so we drove to the store to find out they never even made the pizza. Sadly this has happened twice now. I wanted to give them a second chance but never will order from here again.

This location is very hit or miss and inconsistent. Staff members say different things regarding dine in hours, etc. Also, service is very slow when we do come in to dine. It should not take 30 minutes for a simple pepperoni pizza when there is 7-10 staff working. Also, very frustrating when folks who came in after receive their orders before you. Please do better Marcos staff

I usually really like Marcos and typically get awesome staff. I went tonight around 9:00pm and when I walked in no one greeted me, I stood at the counter and it took at least a minute for someone to come help me because two of the associates were on their phone and one was chatting and not paying attention to the counter. I opened the pizza box to find an oddly cut pizza and it overall looked a mess? Never seen that at Marcos or let alone any other pizza place. There’s still 12 pieces but it looked like a chunk was taken out and eaten. Disappointed service this time.

Update: its been 5 monthw since being at Marcos, but i ended up in the area, and they are under new management. I wonder why. . I was actually inpressedd because the new management honored the promise to make it right, and he did. So way to go, Marocs. I’ll give the bew environment 5 stars for service and 5 for atmosphere. Seems like a cool lil chill spot to sit and have some pizza .
Marcos pizza was a great spot until Christmas Eve I called to inquire about hours and the girl said we are open I said let me look at the menu and I’ll call you right back. Mind you I was 10 min from the location. I called back and the Manger answered and I proceeded to order. He then respond back with im sorry unfortunately we are closed. I said that’s funny I just spoke to someone that I told i was on the way and needed to look at rhe menu. I quickly hung up after ok thanks. Since I had already driven 20 min to get there I decided to just pull up. Guess what, the door was open and he took my order with out even knowing it was me on the phone. They cooked the pizza and as I exited the premises everyone shouted we are finally closed. So a 1 star for service. The pizza was rushed. The first thing that I remembered about my first Marco’s pizza from this location was it was a great pizza with garlic butter on the crust and exceptional service by the cook. It brought me back for another but this time. Dry crust no garlic butter on the crust. Just get him out of here mentality. NEVER AGAIN Marco’s. You need to address your manager about his lack of leadership and service to all customers not just the ones who are willing to show up despite being told the place was closed. Im sure every sale counts. My pizza was almost 30.00. The large Philly Cheese Steak pizza.
Update: Called store in response to the reviews response. I spoke with a General Manager Named Manny. He promised to make right the wrong and have a conversation with his leader who told me the store was clowed. I was perhaps told by an owner “” to contact them but they gave Me no information on how to do that.

EDIT: General Manager has a BAD attitude and is allowing low grade oily bread out the door and “doesn’t have the power for cash refunds.” Don’t waste your time with this location.

Is it even food or did you take this out of the garbage bin? We threw most of it away as this was some sloppy excuse for pizza. The cheesy bread is barely cheesy. Not ordering from here anymore. We usually order from Marcos at least 5 times a month and we get this thin, old and barely any ingredient pizza. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Visited May2025, walked in order at the counter. Menu boards rotate so you have to read quick or have a good memory waiting for the board to cycle back. Staff was very casual and disorganized losing orders quietly asking names for pickups that were not there walking all around with pizzas. Take a cue from dominos and use an order tracking board. Food was too hot to eat then but when I could finally eat my pizzoli it was raw dough inside.
Calzone wasn’t bad, but all the pepperoni was right in the middle so the ends were just cheese bread. First time at a Marcos probably will never be back

Probably the best chain margarita pizza. It had the right amount of toppings for balance and experience. The crust was perfectly cooked. The only thing I would change is to add a little salt. Not to mention they were running a special and this was twelve bucks. Talk about value!

The first time I came to this location, i was pretty disappointed with the service. I’ve returned several times since and realized it may have just been the staff on hand. Today, Roman was working the counter. He took my order, and within 15 minutes, my pizzas were ready. Ordered two small pizzas, pepperoni, and a deluxe. When I got home and ate the deluxe, it was absolutely perfect. The sauce was flavorful, and the crust was even better. Thank you, Roman. Good job
