Ramen Nagi offers an authentic Japanese ramen experience, and overall, it’s good—but a bit on the pricey side.

The broth is flavorful and well-prepared, and you can tell that care goes into how the ramen is made. However, considering the price, it didn’t quite stand out enough to make me crave coming back.

One thing I really appreciated is their customization. They allow you to choose how you want your ramen—from the richness of the broth to other details—so you can tailor it to your taste, which is definitely a plus and makes the experience more personal.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the place. Service was smooth and pleasant.

In summary, Ramen Nagi is worth trying at least once, especially if you’re curious about authentic Japanese-style ramen and enjoy customizing your meal. That said, for the price, it’s a bit expensive for what’s offered. The ramen is good, but not something I’d specifically go out of my way to return for.

Worth trying once, but slightly overpriced for the overall experience.

1st time at this location, the vibes on sunday noon are excellent.
Short waiting line.
Service are great from beginning to end.
The ramen are remarkable, imo its better than hironori.the broth are strong and tasty but not porky taste.noodle are just regular ramen noodle nothing fancy.
Chicken karaage are chef kiss, very flavorful with mayo egg for dipping.
Pork bowl are just ok,too sweet for my taste.
Imo,this is one of the best ramen in LA & OC.

Been here multiple times for their regular dishes and their limited time dishes. They are all great dishes, but as someone who has frequented other ramen restaurants before I find the Green King refreshing to have. The taste is similar to a tonkotsu broth mixed with pesto. If you’re willing to try something new I suggest trying it. Also try their limited time dishes when they have it, but you need to follow their Instagram for the releases of their limited time dishes.

Best ramen in OC! Love the service. The staff took the time to welcome us and went through the ordering process. The whole time we were there, they kept checking in on us. I was surprised how quickly our ramen came out. I love their thin noodles! I’m glad my friend ordered the karaage chicken because it was the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t like karaage chicken before this but it’s because it didn’t taste as good! Will definitely come back and try other ramen flavors!

Holy long line, but worth it! Like in Japan, you choose your noodle and broth details prior to seating then sit down to wait for happiness to arrive. The spicy ramen is flavorful. I chose basic spicy level and it was pretty mild but sufficient. I like thin noodles to be firm and it came out perfect. The chasu portion was generous. The soup base was quite thick and coated everything well. Satisfaction. The side orders of fried chicken and gyoza are good compliments too. The gyoza is small bite size and the crust is crunchy. The chicken batter is a bit thick, but the crunch with the diced egg mayo sauce goes well together. Will not mind the long line and come back again soon.

The turnover is good, but the outdoor patio seating is quite cramped. But the I would recommend the original one. I tried basil creamy like Italian style but little bit greasy.. but the fired chicken was soooo good I didn’t expect but really good.

Definitely go with thick noodle and I personally like spicy one and my wife love the original one. Plenty parking space in the mall. Waiting line is fast. Karaage Chicken is good portion, best side dishes to share.

The portion is kinda small, the ramen itself tastes good but a little salty to my preference. (Although I think I ordered the less sodium option?)
Overall, a nice stop to add while shopping 🙂
