Snappy is great pizza, but what truly makes this location the best is the people. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and consistently go above and beyond to make the perfect pizza. You can tell they take real pride in their work.

Snappy has always been my favorite pizza place in New Richmond, the owner is a fantastic hard working individual who truly takes pride in his work and especially the community. I’ve been ordering from here for around 20+ years and I’ve never ever had a problem. The food is always phenomenal and fresh. I’ve eaten at other snappy locations but this one hands down will always be the best. All of the employees and drivers are very professional and fast.

Its carryout or delivery pizza. That being said, It’s always hot and ready to go when I call in an order. I always do carryout, so I can’t comment on delivery. My 1 gripe would be that when I order a hoagie and ask for pickles and onions, I would like more on the sandwich. For big groups, the Beast pizza can’t be beat from a best-bang-for-the-buck perspective.

The place was really clean and the food for the lunch buffet was fresh, hot, and delicious. The make your own pasta section was looking a little sad (some noodles and pizza sauce was all that was available), but other than that everything was good.

I want to give a shoutout to the young lady who was working closing shift last night! My fiance and I called to do takeout 5 minutes after they stoped taking orders. She said she would place our order and make it. When we showed up to pick our food up, she expressed she was the only one working closing shift. She deserves so many praises. It’s so hard to find good workers these days and she definitely went above and beyond!

I normally enjoy pizza from here but lately, it’s kinda gone down hill. 12 pieces of pepperoni on a double pepperoni large is not good. May as well ordered a cheese. Also, the amount of sauce used made the thin crust soggy and dripping. Not happy.
