Don’t order from here, via DoorDash! Got my order wrong, and never got the cookie that was part of the order.
I tried calling the store, right after my order got delivered, but nobody answered. I let the phone ring 20 times. It was about 8 pm on a Thursday night, when I called, so I know they were open

At this point, I have no clue why anybody orders from this craptastic restaurant at all. Ordered via Door Dash today for lunch. I received my salad with no tomatoes (which I did not ask them to remove) and no fork to eat the salad with. No problem, I keep plastic forks in my drawer because this isn’t my first rodeo. The salad cost around $15 and there’s probably $3 worth of ingredients actually in it. I added tomatoes and a few other things just because I wanted to enjoy it. They also forgot our chips. This is probably the 10th time we’ve ordered from here and there were things missing or incorrect. Idk what the problem is but I definitely won’t be ordering again to find out. Ridiculous.

We went to Penn station East Coast subs for dinner today. I got the Ham and Swiss sub and the fries. It was very good, The steak fries had been dropped fresh and made it order right before pick up. The Ham and Swiss sub had just the right amount of lettuce and Mayo on it, And the bread was fresh. I did not have to wait very long. The store was clean and neat. The staff were prompt and courteous. If you like subs, this is a great place to try, and I do recommend it.

Wow okay. Yeesh. Very bad… everything tbh. Poor quality bread and meat. Pickled veggies. Short, quiet staff. Expensive. Fries not filled to the top. I dislike being a negative Nancy haha, but this place did do well at all~

The manager there has to be one of the worst humans I have ever come across. When I called about a deliver order, was immediately verbally abusive and aggressive when i told him I ordered thru the Penn Station website. I sincerely hope the owner sees this message. That manager working on 3/3 should have no place in public. I will never visit a PennStation for any reason ever again.

Stopped in for take out for three of us. Service was fast and efficient, they even brought my chips to me when I left them on the counter. They could be friendlier, but they were busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had a small Reuben, Kristin had a cheese steak, and Meredith had turkey and provolone. The sandwiches were served fairly quickly. If you are looking for a quick bite, the small makes a nice snack, but only a large will only satisfy a big, hungry fella. The freshly cut fries were cooked to perfection- hot and delicious. The bread is dense, like a fried yeast ball. and the meat needs more seasoning. Not the best, but not the worst. If you found this review helpful please click like.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was abysmal. I was going with some friends for lunch here, and was paying for one of their meals. I thought ordering on the app would be quicker, but that’s far from the truth. I got there about 5 min before the estimated time. Wasn’t ready, fair enough I get it. Then 10 minutes nothing. 20, 30, nothing. After 40 MINUTES of waiting IN STORE, I finally get my food, (keep in mind we both got hot sandwiches). I unwrapped it and took a bite and it was cold. You can tell that it was on the grill but was sitting on the counter for half an hour. His, however, was Melty and hot. I felt bad for 2 of my other friends, had to wait closer to an hour. I didn’t even mention the service. Dont wanna describe him bc maybe he was having a bad day, but he talked to us like we were just an annoyance. Food was shit, service was shit. Hate to see it bc penn stations are usually not bad, I don’t recommend this one at all though.

My experience is that the food is what I expected. It did take a minute, I will say that I’m also in the industry, and this place took over an old Lennys, and kept their design. If they only have two people on, they can only be so efficient. So yes, sometimes you have to wait. Be patient, understand your food is being made fresh instead of being sandbagged…and just hope they can get a remodel one day to help them be more efficient. Until then, I definitely understand what they’re working with and will take it into mind whenever ordering.

So tonight I decided to try something new at Penn Station. I’d previously only had a Reuben or cheese steak sandwich. So I saw the Dagwood and thought all those meats sounded good. So I ordered a grilled Dagwood with Mayo and mustard. The nice young man behind the counter verified that I wanted Mayo and mustard only. Yes I said. So my families food comes out slowly, one sandwich at a time. Mine is last by about 5 minutes. Low and behold it’s a bun with only Mayo and mustard. I asked if he really thought I paid $9.49 for a bun with Mayo and mustard, yes he said. To his credit they remade it with all the meats listed as I thought it came. Lesson learned.

Service was terrible. Took 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Portions are a rip off too. And they did not get my order correct.
