Simply delicious, cant get better than this. The gyro, beef and chicken quality and quantity both are great. My wrap was tearing apart from the amount of meat they added in, take that as a compliment. Worth every penny you spend here. Surprisingly, the fries taste better than they look too.

Today I tried the Gyro Plate and the Habibi Fries, and both were absolutely delicious! The gyro plate was flavorful, fresh, and filling, while the Habibi fries were perfectly crispy with just the right seasoning. On top of the great food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend!

Edit: Combo plate was 11/10. Even the rice was super flavorful. The only con is for $15 it doesn’t come with a side pita. Most places include at least a half or quarter pita.
Pita was perfect and fluffy, chicken and gyro were great, proportions were perfect, and the fries were fresh and crisp.
My only complaint is that the “spicy red sauce” on the fries tasted an offal lot like ketchup, not even spicy ketchup, just straight up Heinz from the bottle. I haven’t met a red sauce at a halal place i didn’t like but I absolutely hate ketchup. I discarded those fries and it came out to about the amount I wanted.
The pita was so fluffy that the ketchup is water under the bridge tho. I’ll probably be ordering the plate with a side pita next time anyways

Austin Habibi is always a go-to stop for me when I’m driving down Manchaca. The food is consistently flavorful and satisfying, and the team’s attitude is always welcoming and positive. It’s a small black trailer with a focused menu—variations on a theme—but they nail it every time. I’ve never once been disappointed, and every bite reminds me why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

The combo plate was delicious. Everything from the rice, salad, hummus, and meats were so flavorful. We enjoyed our meal.
With hummus included, it would be great if it came with a little pita. But regardless, this was truly amazing.

After going to the Hive and passing this place up I’m glad I had your food for dinner! First I want to shout out the gentlemen Anise who helped me. He is a sweetheart & told me loves talking to his customers & said that he wishes the best for the owner of Austin Habibi food truck. He has great work ethic, and makes sure that all customers receive a great portion of food. I’m grateful for the connection we had. Second the food was delicious! I got the chicken plate, which was seasoned perfectly. I will be back to try more menu options! I enjoyed my food inside the Hive with no issues from anyone saying I couldn’t eat it inside. The food truck offers limited seating outside, but I believe it is provided by the Hive… give this place a try next time!

Uber eats delivered my Gyro wrap w/fries and had a promo for a free Falafel wrap. I didn’t take a fancy pic because I was hungry so don’t judge. Falafel is better than most but the grilled lamb gyro was actually amazing..even considering that’s after a 30-35 min delivery time. I’ll definitely be by to eat another one in person. Thanks yall!

I usually don’t post a review but Today I ordered the chicken wrap and a falafel plate, and both were amazing! The flavors were fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. Everything was well-prepared and tasted authentic. Definitely a great experience—will be coming back again soon!

Just googled gyro near me, this place came up so I thought I would check it out. Pulled up thinking it might have dining in but, just a table outside and a small food trailer. It was a nice night, so I decided to sit outside and eat. Ordered the Habibi gyro with fries, nothing to drink. I will be back, and highly recommend!
