I went through the drive thru at lunch today. The lady at the window was so friendly and upbeat. When I picked up my food at the window she seemed to truly be happy to be there. The receipt said her name is Cheyenne. It was so refreshing to see an employee who had a really good attitude. That is so rare these days.

Stopped by here for breakfast on a trip. I haven’t had Hardee’s in a long time. The food was great & made to order.
The staff were nice and polite. The lobby was decent. There are plenty of tables and booths to choose from.
With this location, the bathroom definitely needed some attention. Other than that, give the menu a try.

This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had and I am 47 years old. That’s a lot of fast food service. These people did not speak to me at all (NONE)at the window after taking my order, they had nothing else to say the food was freezing cold dried out. I told hardee’s no onions had onions of course. The girl at the window was rudely quiet no smile nothing. that was the last time I will ever stop at any Hardee’s. if anyone wants a frozen double cheeseburger, I’ll ship it to you.

9AM this morning I ordered a “frisco breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese, no meat.” Seems simple enough. However, I got 2 untoasted pieces of bread with 2 unmelted slices of cheese… I’m glad I looked in my bag before I left. I asked for my money back. No way would I ever eat anything from this Hardee’s. Super gross!

The employees here are all genuinely friendly and helpful…fast. My B/E/C biscuit was good but flat as a pancake (see pic). The tots were cold and greasy.
The place, inside out, is absolutely filthy. The floors are sticky…yuck! The tables are sticky! The windows are so filthy you can’t see out of them. The parking lot is filthy. The employees had been outside smoking when I pulled up (which is okay, I smoke) but they had put out their half smoked cigarettes and left them in the window ledge by the front door…gross! (I wondered if they had washed their hands).
Most likely will never come here again. The place is old and overgrown. Ugly.

The brisket Frisco burger was really good although I’m almost certain it’s was.regular pull pork. I would definitely reorder , only real issue is the drive thru was down and the place needs updated. Not much change in 20+ yrs.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at a fast-food place.. Not only were the employees very kind and polite, they were also very thoughtful. The gentleman went above and beyond his Call of Duty when asking if there was anything that we needed thrown away to make room for our new drinks.. I’ve never experience that kind of consideration from a drive through window.
The food was cooked perfectly and we both had chicken. Breaded and grilled… And everybody knows how easy it is to screw up chicken…
This by far is a place you WILL want to stop if traveling on the 65.
