I always love chipotle, and I really like that this location has the “chipotlane” feature. I usually have a very positive experience here! Today they were short staffed and so service was a bit slow, and I found an entire bay leaf in my food :/
Still, they had good portion sizes and quality food. This location is usually consistent… but please no more bay leaves in my dinner!

WARNING ⚠️ I’m pregnant took a couple bites and automatically projectile vomited rejected!this food is not fresh but disgusting and raunchy it will make u sick I’m calling the store today for a refund. The red sauce was sooo spicy my esophagus was burning a literal hour… you may see lots of people around the store parking lot KNOW that no one is eating here just a place to meet&Greet outside!

I’m not sure if the staff are trained to rush as fast as they can to make food here, but it sure seems that way because it happens pretty much every time we come in. I appreciate quick service, but I would rather have somebody take the extra couple seconds to nicely make my burrito instead of slopping it all together in a hurry.
One time I came in the afternoon, and they said they were out of veggies. Didn’t tell me if more veggies were being made or offer me the option to wait for more, it was more like, “yeah too bad.”
We came in last week and finally had a really nice girl who made our food very nicely, didn’t make us feel rushed, she was awesome. She did a great job. Wish our experience could always be this way when we come here.

If your hours say open at 10:45, that should mean open by 10:45—not “stand around making eye contact with confused customers.” We showed up at 11:00 and the doors were locked. Employees just stared at us through the glass as they ate their lunches like it was an awkward zoo exhibit.
So we tried the drive-through, where we were told, “We don’t take orders through the drive-through… but we’ll open the doors for you.” Cool.
Nice job making customers feel like they’re inconveniencing you by expecting a restaurant to be open during its posted hours. One star for the free confusion.

I ordered my bowl it seemed like it was fairly small then went to look for a place to sit and 80% of the tables needed to be wiped down the service area was disgusting trash everywhere. Found a clean place to sit and eat. They were not busy someone could have easily clean the place up. I mentioned it to the front counter person he seemed pretty ambivalent. I actually fat in my car and look through the windows for 10 minutes to see if anybody would go back and pick all the crap up. no results

Only been here a couple times but both times I’ve been I’ve been happy with the food and the service. My burritos have been a good size and the ingredients tasted fresh. The place does have a weird vibe for some reason I can’t put my finger on, but so far I’ve had a good experience with the place.

Employee rushed building my bowl beyond belief. Robbed me of actually getting double steak (which they still made me pay for) or proper portions of any of the ingredients. There’s such a thing as too fast of service.

As of 7/1/2024 it’s a newly-opened location so the service wasn’t perfect, but they’re learning, cleaning was good, and staff were friendly. A nice perk is the (afternoon-)shaded outdoor seating area.

I was very excited about this new location opening, but unfortunately it’s very mismanaged. I ordered a normal burrito and it looked like a kid’s burrito. I went back to ask them to remake it. Their response was “oh yeah I guess it’s a little small”. Instead of remaking it they gave me a container of rice and beans. If I wanted that I would’ve just ordered it. To say I won’t be coming back until they figure out how to run a restaurant would be an understatement. Oh and their guacamole was full of unripe hard avocados, essentially inedible. Something needs to change here for the business to survive. I was excited for this location for months before its opening, but it’s safe to say I won’t be returning until they sort this dumpster fire out.

The 3 front service girls today 10/16/2024 at 630pm were awesome. It got busy and they moved fast without skimping on the portions and smiling. The girl cooking the food was also awesome. Working fast with her team. Great attitudes and very professional. THANK YOU!

Man I went back and it was good service BUT new faces, smiles. But when I asked for carnitas, the server man gave me about a small scoop of meat…I wanted to question it but i felt like if I did I was going to be like that old movie “more porridge please” with consequences (paying double meat). It was a bit of a rip off with the meat tonight. I should of just gotten a veggie burrito.
