I stop at Starbucks everyday before work. Just through the drive through. The ladies are always to friendly and smiling. When I get up to the speaker before I even speak its “oh hey Gayla!” Because they pay attention. Honestly they make day. If I happen to go anywhere else I feel like im cheating on my baristas.

Placed a mobile order for drive through pick up of 2 drinks… We then had to listen to a lecture from the employee on the speaker box about how much time we are required to wait from the time we place our order to the time we pick up our drinks in the drive through…
My mobile order was more notice than someone pulling up to the speaker and ordering the same 2 drinks.
There was 1 car in front of us and Zero cars behind us…
And guess what, the drinks were ready when we pulled up to the window
Recommendation – If you spent the time making the drinks instead of lecturing your paying guests we would have to wait the “required” time..
