First we called and wanted lobster and scallops. NO LOBSTER..so we got the “WAY TO OLD TO EAT SCALLOPS!! “Not to mention the short piece of black hair on top of the veggies. Not returning there any time soon. Too bad, cause I LOVE their dumplings. The meal and sodas came to $32 and most of it ended up in the garbage.

The beef teriyaki was dry, lo mein was inedible…mushy and overcooked. The fried rice was DAYS old. It was dry and musty tasting. Their prices went up and their food is absolute garbage now. Order anywhere else, McDonald’s has higher standards. $40 for trash food.

Food is pretty good! One of the cleanest one around. As of tonight poor customer service. The young man behind the counter gave me 1$ change back from a $20 bill and the order was $7.71. Treated like a liar when I told owner about the $1 change. She looked on tape and saw I was right. Didn’t say sorry. Won’t go back. Hell we all want to make money. Do what’s ethically and morally right.

Wanted to give a better review since the food is good and they have the only decent crab rangoons in the area. However, their website states that they deliver up to 6 miles out (with $2 delivery fee). I’m 4.7 miles away but when I called, they just said they only deliver to 06705 in Waterbury. If that’s the case, then that’s how it should be phrased on the website!
I don’t drive and would have gladly paid an extra dollar on top of the delivery fee to have them come out, but instead I had to call a friend just to pick up my order since their site was misleading.
