Jersey Mike’s subs located in Lockport, NY was an amazing experience, I did an order to go and when I brought the food home the subs were surprisingly very good, I was expecting soggy and messy but these subs were like fresh from the deli! The employees that work there Friday Nights are killing it! Great job guys! Highly recommend checking them out, specifically friday nights!

Good sandwich but sorta expensive. Inflation is a thing these days but really sandwich counters from family establishments give bigger sandwichestablishments for a better price. The again Jersey Mike’s is a particular type of sub that is refreshing but not my number one favorite.

Got two regular subs at the Jersey Mike’s yesterday and used a gift card, still cost just a few cents under $20. The ham & cheese sub had about three thin slices of ham on it. I make a far better sub at home. I was disappointed and disgusted. This was your second chance to make things right for me and I’ll be sure not to make that mistake again. I have said this before and I’ll say it again, if you want your business to survive you cannot leave irresponsible children in charge.

My wife and I stopped by there Wednesday the 14th for the first time. It was just ok. Nothing special. No better than other sandwich shops in the area. I thought 2 regular ham and cheese subs for almost $19 was a bit high. Was not impressed. I probably will not go back.

Very disappointing. Got two giant steak subs. They were mediocre at best. Very little meat or other ingredients, except bread. Parts of the subs had almost no steak. For almost $18 per sub I expected better. Not worth the money. Not particularly tasty either.

A young man named Logan Collin(s) was very condescending/rude. When I told him I hadn’t been there in a while because the last time I ordered from there the bread was stale, he proceeded to let me know the bread is made once a day. When I told him I’d like to order two subs to eat there and get an order to go, he told me they don’t do orders to go. He said that three times in a very condescending tone. Then, he told another young lady to prepare my order. She was very nice. She had reddish hair pulled back in a ponytail and wore glasses. I had a friend with me who is 84. When she picked our food up at the pick up station and thanked the young lady with long dark hair pulled back in a ponytail and was slight of build the young lady said nothing. When I tried talking to her earlier as she was applying my toppings, she said absolutely nothing. I believe if she would have smiled her face may have cracked. I spent just under $50 and I will never go back there. You cannot have children running a business if you want it to succeed. That’s a job for adults who know what common courtesy is and value such things.

Just got our pickup order home and they mixed up subs. My husband’s meat sub was on rosemary bread, with vinegar, spicy mustard and hot peppers. My husband ordered white bread and only mayo. My vegetarian sub was on white bread (ordered rosemary), and had none of the ordered condiments or toppings. Really bummed because we were both so excited to order here after so long, and the subs were nothing like we expected or enjoy. We can’t trade meals because one is vegetarian. Disappointing.

Went in here on Saturday night, December 27 around 6:05 pm and the guy making the sandwiches just disappeared and left the line of customers standing there waiting for about 5-6 minutes. The other kid making sandwiches had 3 of his friends in the restaurant and was more interested in socializing with them than paying attention to what he was doing. So I just decided to leave.

Saturday night crew needs help. Did not get the online order correct, Mike’s Way was no way as they forgot the lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.. This was an online order and pick-up and the order accuracy was a giant disappointment.

The restaurant was a mess food all over the floor behind counter and in the restaurant part. My sub was awful. Everyone said Philly cheese with pepper relish . First of all roll was stale enough pepper relish for 4 subs . Oh and the restaurant being a mess it was 12pm lunch time. So disappointed
