The food is prepared fresh and worth the wait. The staff are friendly, courteous, quick and efficient. The food is authentic, delicious and good value for the price. It is a small establishment and I suggest calling in if you don’t want to wait. Give about 40 minutes to prepare a larger order.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times and the quality has been great each time. The dining area is a bit cramped when you have a lot of people dining in and waiting for to go orders but the food is worth the wait. The cemita buns are out of this world and the salsas have great flavor profiles.

Amazing tacos. Carnitas were my favorite. Just moved to Huntsville from Kansas City, KS (taco capital of the US ) and have been looking for a good replacement to our old favorite taco joint. This place is an exceptional replacement. Carnitas were actually better than our old place. Staff/service were amazing. Will definitely be back for more.

Faby’s used to be 5 Stars. Unfortunately, prices have gone up, portion size, flavor, and service has gone down. Now I would say “it’s OK…” it’s become bland and boring.
