The food was excellent. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with all vegetables plus additional vegetables. I ordered two one with shrimp I did not realize all vegetables was just cabbage and the additional stem vegetables was broccoli. They have a small order of sautéed vegetables realizing I should have ordered that instead and the second ordered had no shrimp. I ordered through grubhub because I was at work. I have eaten inside many times first time ordering through grubhub.

Rude customer service!! The woman in the front was just plain nasty! I believe she said her name is Vishna, (if that is her real name) tried to claim the manager wasn’t there when I asked to speak to one and she couldn’t refund my money. In the middle of ordering my food she turned around and started serving someone else and then started yelling orders at me. I decided to visit this restaurant since I attended the appetizer and dessert crawl, I will NEVER purchase food from here again. I asked for a refund before my food came out and the woman tried to ignore me and tell me it’s not possible. Unacceptable and unprofessional, I will spread the word about my experience. Due to your rude service another business got my money. Treat your customers better!

Anytime that there is a new cashier at this location, they feel as if they know more than the customer (myself) and treat me as if it is my first time and I am unaware of what to expect. I asked for my usual teriyaki chicken dish with no veggies and received more vegetables than I have ever gotten. I am not a fan of the cabbage blend that you use and I find that it makes the entire meal watery. This is exactly what happened tonight. Please ask your new employees to take the time to listen to specific requests. I was really disappointed to find that cabbage stew would again be accompanying my teriyaki delight. =/

Love, love, LOVE this place! They are always so fresh, fast and efficient. Whether I am ordering through DoorDash or any other app or directly within the store, they follow instructions and always make sure things are to your liking. The bento box portions are humongous too! You won’t regret ordering from here.

I absolutely love the food, especially the shrimp tempura roll and teriyaki chicken—they’re amazing! The customer service is fantastic, friendly honey and Andy guy they are both so sweet and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit again!
