This was good solid Italian food close to my house. I enjoy my pasta with meat platter. It hit the spot with a taste red sauce. Judy was out waitress and she was a delight. We had a good size party and she was on top of her game. Go there if you want a nice comfortable meal with family. Our party love the lasagna and the aranchini were my faves!

We were greeted by Greg as soon as we walked in and he was our server as well. He was extremely friendly and attentive. He recommended the Lasagna special, which was excellent, and we shared a combo appetizer. The mozzarella slabs and potato skins were as good as they used to be.
We really enjoyed ourselves. Great service and good food.

One of my best experiences at a restaurant. The food was delicious and service was one in a million by Judy. Ordered the mozzarella slabs which were out of this world with the home sauce on the side. Got Buffalo chicken pizza and it was the closest thing to actually eating wings. Also had the Brasciole and it was melt in your mouth. Even the bread and garlic butter was fresh flavourful. Glad we were able to find this gem in Tonawanda

We love coming to this restaurant! It’s a hidden gem! All the staff are very amazing — attentive and friendly (Anna, Greg, Clay, Judy). The food is delicious, very reasonably priced and the portions are substantial. We have never been disappointed when visiting Rizzo’s!

This was quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. We came in for restaurant week. Appetizers were subpar, but the entrees were horrible. My lasagna came out ICE COLD like it came from a freezer. I didn’t touch a bite of it. The server did not come back to check on us, so I was unable to ask for it to be heated back up. When the server came back, she apologized and said the manager won’t do anything to compensate. So I paid for a meal I didn’t touch. The server was nice and tried to compensate by giving us extra dessert….. but this is the dessert that came out for us. Not sure what to even say about it… it’s literally crumbs. I have no idea how this place is busy. Horrible management and terrible food. It’s a disgrace to call this an Italian restaurant. I WILL NEVER RETURN and I’ll be sure to tell family and friends to never step foot in here.

Used to go there years ago with no issues at all. Went for the Chicken Parm Special last Wednesday 8/20. A complete joke. Totally understaffed, no organization, no communication. The three workers that were trying to host/bartend/seat people/clean tables/wait on tables/serve food seemed like it was their first day ever working in a restaraunt. At one point the beer tap was running all over the floor!! Waited for a table for an hour even though the dining area was half empty….we eventually left before we even got seated. What the hell happened to this place? Never go there again…..
