Very disappointed with our visit to Wow.
The restaurant was not busy, yet we waited nearly two hours for our food and never received it. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we were told they didn’t have one of the items we ordered, which made it seem like our order hadn’t even been started.
We were repeatedly told they were “working on it,” but nothing ever came out. Customers came and went while we sat there waiting.
We eventually had to walk out. We ordered 2 mofongos with chicharrones and a dog with fries. Poor communication, poor customer service and extremely long wait times. Definitely do NOT recommend

The empanadillas/pastelillos were .. well not that the dough used was different the filling didn’t taste good. One of my items was missing. The rice was a little on the hard side. Staff is nice but food isn’t that good.

Jessica and the personal had me waiting on the phone after making a order 40 minutes they over charge the food service I been ordering there for years now and it’s horrible the Owner is a great person but his new management service workers are very rude please TO THE OWNER TALK TO YOUR WORKERS IN THE PHONE SERVICE TO ORDER THEY DONT MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL GOOD THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT HELP AT ALL I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS HAS WORKERS WHO ARE RUDE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND LIARS 40 minutes and they hung up

Lady over the phone was stuck up and rude. Then when I got there and told them my serving was way too small for the price (literally not even 2 cups of cooked rice in my platter and less than a quarter pound of meat) they told me I’d have to pay more. Me being as optimistic as I am since the first time I went the service wasn’t so bad I ordered it then when I got home I realized I was given the most bone dense parts of the meat. Never again.

I placed an order for a delivery, and paid with my debit card. An hour later, I noticed they had not arrived to deliver the food I ordered for my wife and I. I called the restaurant and they had closed. So they took my money, and never delivered my food. So wife and I had to start cooking at 9:00 PM. Absolute garbage and phone service should had warned me, because I heard my wife giving her the address and my wife had to repeat 4 times. After, I asked my wife please have her repeat the address to you, and sure enough the lady on the phone had written the address wrongly. Unbelievable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! COMPLETE GARBAGE AND CROOKS!!!

Terrible. I ordered through uber. Food was burnt, cold,missing and wrong items. I called to fix order and they just hung up on me. Did not care. I disputed with my credit card company and uber. Never again. Don’t even get me started on the piece of burnt steak smaller than the palm of my hand with burnt onions and burnt residue from the pan they used.

Food needed more seasoning and the oxtail was still tough. The beans has no flavor. The service was so bad. The woman took 20 min to get my order because she was to busy talking and laughing with her coworkers and ended up giving someone else food. Not going back!
