New spot in Brier Creek for great vibes, really good quality specialty rolls, dumplings were delicious, prices were amazing. We were also excited to see a really delicious bottle of French bubbles for super cheap to pair with everything. There’s also a great creative cocktail menu. We had Hangover Salmon & Sassy Girl, Yellow Hello & Hamachi Fever. Hamachi Fever and Sassy Girl were our favorites. We will be back!

Best Sushi Experience in Raleigh!
We had an absolutely wonderful sushi night with the family, and I can honestly say this is the best sushi spot in Raleigh.
We started with the Spice Rice Bites and Truffle Salmon Carpaccio—both appetizers were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For our specialty rolls, we ordered the Suyu Trio, Sassy Girl, and Hamachi Fever, and loved every single one of them. Each roll was fresh, creative, and delicious. We also ordered some nigiri, and they were incredibly yummy.
The restaurant itself is very spacious, which made it easy and comfortable to dine with my two kids. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional—our servers were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening.
If you’re looking for a sushi place that combines amazing food, great ambiance, and family-friendly comfort, this is it. Highly recommended!

Sushi suyu has some great sushi and a great location. Dined here while staying in a nearby hotel. The sake menu is decent and all the sashimi tastes of good quality. Would highly recommend.

I was craving sushi and this place did not disappoint! And the lunch special deal was great. 2 for 25$ special rolls on the weekdays. Sassy girl was my favorite roll.

Really great food and sushi with great lunch special and happy hour offerings! I have struggled finding my “go to” sushi place in the RTP area but this will certainly be it moving forward. Sashimi, nigiri, specialty rolls and various appetizers all exceeded expectations! Keep up the good work!

I came here for the lunch special, which I had heard good things about, and it did not disappoint! I got the spicy pork and it was seasoned very well, the gyoza was fried to perfection, and the sushi was excellent.
My server was Osoo and she was delightful. Very quick with any of my requests while serving the rest of her customers as well. She has a perfect balance of attentiveness while also giving me space to enjoy my meal.
Highly recommend and will likely be returning.

I really loved this place. For food, we had the pan fried dumplings, mama salmon roll and the eel-lusion roll. Everything was yum. I even tried the mochi ice cream for dessert and that was amazing as well. Overall, great vibes, food and service.

the environment is that of an upscale sushi restaurant with reasonable prices. the food was delicious. you really can’t go wrong with anything in the menu.
we highly recommend the tuna nachos or the gochujang yellow tail for appetizer.

I’m so glad Sushi SUYU opened up a new location in Brier Creek! The restaurant itself is stunning — it’s bright, spacious, and gives off a nice modern vibe. The service was impeccable and the food was both beautiful and absolutely DELICIOUS. I’ve been to both locations of Sushi SUYU in the Triangle and they have been consistent in quality every single time. When the standards are this high, you are guaranteed to have a great experience. Definitely will be back!!
