I have been a loyal customer, but the quality of your service is unacceptable. Once again, I have received a pizza with tomato sauce even though I explicitly requested it without.
This is no longer a simple mistake; it’s recurring negligence. Not only do I specify it in large letters on the Uber Eats app, but my husband called today to make sure, and even then, your employee failed to ensure the order was correct. What does it take for you to pay attention?
This is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for customer specifications. Keep in mind that for some people, this could be a matter of allergies, not just a preference.
I demand that you take this matter with the seriousness it deserves. It is time for you to improve your service.

I’m leaving this review with respect, but also with honesty as a customer.
My experience at this place was very disappointing. I was received by a staff member whose attitude was neither friendly nor professional. The way I was treated felt distant and uncomfortable, lacking the basic courtesy you expect when walking into a restaurant. Customer service is a key part of any dining experience, and in this case, it was clearly poor.
The condition of the dining area didn’t help either. The tables were unstable and constantly wobbling, which makes it uncomfortable to eat and gives an overall impression of neglect.
As for the food, it did not meet expectations. The quality was not remarkable, and it was not an experience that would make me want to return.
I believe there is a lot of room for improvement, especially in customer service and attention to detail in the environment. I’m sharing this so others have a realistic reference before deciding to dine here.

Yesterday, we decided to pop in to Little Caesar to get a pizza because it was a rainy day, and we didn’t feel like cooking. It is located on Collins in Miami Beach in a busy strip mall, but they do have designated parking.
We ordered a large half n half. I wanted the Deep Dish Sausage with mushrooms, and my daughter wanted the Hawaiian pizza. We planned for 2 days, so we also got the small chicken wings and some cheese bread. The deep dish pizza was excellent, as was the cheese bread! However, the chicken wings were teeny tiny, dried up, or overcooked from the smallest chickens they could find! They had a weird taste like they were left over a few days ago. We will never again order wings from there.
Overall, the service was great. The store was clean and tidy. Parking was available and wheelchair accessiblability is available. Our meal was delicious except for the wings. We will go back again in the future.

After NOT EATING little cesar for over 3 years! I decided to go grab a pizza with my last 10 bucks, i asked the girl specifically a pizza with a lil extra sauce and i got a TOMATOE SOUP PIZZA! That’s exactly why I normally STAY AWAY from places like this!

It seems that they have a problem with people who speak English. You can hear the cashier talking trash to the cook in the kitchen. Remember that this is an English speaking country, and if you guys don’t like it, doors are open for you to leave. It seems that we are getting the worst of the worst in the last 6 months here in Miami. These employees have a nasty attitude towards the clientele, which is also Little Caesars clientele, not theirs.

A small shop to take away pizza. Car parking in front of the shop. The pizza was good in the sense that it makes you full and you still have pizza left for the day after. A bit oily. Clearly not an Italian style pizza, pure American style. Good choice when you travel and need something quick to bite.
