If you’ve lived here for a little while then you would have known about Burger Factory. They shut down sometime ago and never opened up again. This is the new “burger factory” but let me tell you, don’t have high expectations for this new place. The TV was playing a show not very appropriate for smaller children. The menu is identical to Burger Factory. The logo and items are all the same outside of the name. I ate everything on the menu previously and I didn’t have one bad item.
I ordered the Kickin Buffalo Chicken sandwich. That was my favorite before but it fell short of the previous version. The chicken didn’t have much buffalo flavoring. The cheese was not melted at all (as seen in the picture). It wasn’t all that hot rather just warm temperate wise.
My wife’s burger was the Samoan. It was ok. Not much more to say.
My son got the chicken tenders and I have to say, those were good. There was plenty of food and the fresh cut fries were on point. My only complaint was the lack of flavor in the breading.
They prepared the food pretty quick which is good but bad because it was all just very bland. I had to heavily salt, pepper, and ketchup. I will try this place again at least one more time and update my review at that time.

Are you kidding me!! The Ragin Cajun Burger was my first burger there. And it was take out. Opened the box back at the base and could not believe my eyes. Burgers under 2 links of Andouille Sausage. Smothered with peppers and onions with Gouda cheese. Tasted just as good as it looked. Onion rings were perfect. Staff was very pleasant and restaurant was clean and look forward to dining in soon. They say first impressions are everything, well they are right, I’ll be back.

Searched for a cheeseburger place online and what I found was a hidden gem
I stopped by and spoke to the owners and cooks and they are absolutely beautiful people. They explained their menu and I decided on a Ragin Cajun burger. My gosh do they serve their dishes well. My first bite into the burger and my eyes lit up, wow! It was soo good!! Don’t miss out on this place, I’ll definitely be returning.

First time my husband and I tried this place and it will be the last. Very sub par borderline not good. First I ordered the butcher burger with just cheese bacon and lettuce only, the cashier typed it in correctly as that’s exactly what was stated on my receipt, but it is not what I recieved. The burger I got had everything on it and no bacon so that was bummer, I just ended up eating the bottom bun and burger. Fries are very soggy didn’t end up eating those. My husband got the Cajun Ragin, he said it was good, but not something he would pay for again. He got the Mac and cheese as a substitute instead of fries, it was yuk. We threw it away. We didn’t order tater tots, but a whole side of tots were thrown in with our order, we each ate one and threw them away. Those were so wierd.. soggy and sweet.. the batter on the tots are sweet. Very off putting. So conclusion, my food was incorrect and we threw away ALL of the sides. On a positive note, the owners were definately working their butts off and super sweet!

Man this place is where it’s at!! This was by far the best Teriyaki pineapple burger I have ever had !! These hamburgers are hand patted !! The quality of meat is amazing !! The fries were fresh cut in the back !!! Won’t get another burger anywhere else as long as I’m within a 10 mile radius of this place!! And for fresh fine quality food the service was quick !!

They split the portion of Horseshoe Dish, and it was still enough for to-go box! Salad was one of the best I’ve ever had.

We just had the best lunch at Burger Box!! The restaurant is spotless & decorated super cute! The couple who run it are so friendly & they are truly concerned that you are enjoying your meal. The food was delicious!!! There were 4 of us & we each tried a different burger. Any topping you can imagine! The beef was super fresh & perfectly prepared. Onion rings & fries were amazing too!! We wish that we lived closer so that we could come more often!!!!
