I just stopped by there today for lunch, it wasnt my first choice, but the mexican food truck wasnt in the parking lot. Either way, I bought the sub of the day, which was a meatball and got the brisk tea from the fountain. Right away there was a red flag. The tea was carbonated. I didnt think much of it. I thought maybe it was just me. I ate the sub and cookies and drank the “tea” and immediately afterwards I got food poisoning and threw up. Hard. I haven’t thrown up food like that ever, and I eat raw things like sushi and medium to pink steak. I dont know if it was one thing or a combination of things, but I am probably never returning to this store again.

Walked in and the boy was more involved with his closing check sheet to acknowledge us (which he was right in front of us clearing it off). When he was done with his sheet he finally looked up. He didn’t acknowledge us even then so I said hi. My daughter and I both ordered, he slowly made hers. We both order the same thing! Finally got to mine and grudgingly told him the same sandwich. Young kid I get it but truly maybe a kid that should not be left alone at night. Bad customer service and so slow. Does not care about customers service.

Stupid app messed up can’t cancel order. Tried calling the store 15 times over the course of 1 hour and no one answered. I tried to cancel the order via app, calling and even chat. I just want my money back!!!!

Great sandwiches at a great price (check the app for deals). Picking up my daily sandwich from Sarah and Brittany is the highlight of my day. They always make my sandwich perfectly and welcome me when I walk in. These two hold down the fort and make me feel valued

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:45. We arrived at 6:46 and no other customers in the store. An employee was sitting on a table/counter towards the back kitchen on their phone and we could hear another employee’s voice in the back. Our order hadn’t been started and when we asked for clarification on what the pick up time means, we were told that in store customers get priority before online orders are made. Normally, this could be understandable except two employees were doing nothing when we arrived.
With Subway’s recent transition away from their old menu, and the consistent lack of customer service, we’re giving up on Subway in this area.

We went in there today around 12 for lunch. My wife was the only customer in the store. They didn’t but 2 options for breads. They couldn’t heat the sandwich due to it being broke. All 3 of the workers were just standing around and they claimed they didn’t have any cookies because they had been busy all day. Pretty pathetic way to run a business subway of frederick. Jersey Mike’s always keeps the customer 1st. Won’t be going back

We were there on Sunday Sept 18, 2022 at 1 pm. Every single table was dirty even though only one other person was eating. No ice tea, no pickles, no olives, no cookies! Slowest service ever! This is the third time in the last couple months we experienced horrible service and lack of items. I mean how hard is to make a sandwich? Horrible management!
