Dadgum y’all, my daughter and I came through the drive thru on Saturday evening and got some 3 piece tender meals. I got the spicy and she got the original and they were SO good. Whoever the fry cook was on (Saturday evening 2/10) needs a raise for real. Chicken was well seasoned and fried. The only bad part was I didn’t get the correct side or sauce I ordered but was overall pretty darn good!

Somewhat disappointed. The food was hot, but bland. Offered no dipping sauces. The service was friendly. Portions small and a bit expensive. The Jalapeño Bombers were so overcooked that there was no cheese left in them, and with the bits of overcooked crispy jalapenos inside, they could have been used for rhythm bit on a Bob Marley song. However, on a positive note, the biscuit was delicious!

This was our 1st time eating here. You don’t see alot of Church’s Chicken around here so we just had to try it. It is a small place and the front door was very difficult to get open. But once inside, the cashier girl was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to try their regular chicken and the spicy chicken. The regular was very good, but the spicy was amazing. Absolutely loved their food. We have already told our families they need to give it a try. We will definitely be repeat customers. We’ll, providing We can get in the door.

staff was nice and was decently quick. the chicken was pretty bland as well as the fries. the biscuits were very good tho. after I finished my drink to eat my ice, and found not one but two bugs… :/ not sure if I will be returning.

Not sure why this place got such awful reviews. The service was fast and friendly! The price is more than other chicken places, but it was worth every cent! We do not have a Church’s in Louisville so when I saw that there was going to one in Muncie I was excited…until i read the reviews. I pulled up with skepticism and order one single thigh. I wish I would not have listened to the reviews. My single thigh was hot fresh and ready!! I had not eaten all day so I was still hungry and went to Lee’s. The cashier was super nice, but I was served lukewarm chicken and although I wanted famous I got a mixed box…I do not like crunchy chicken! It was definitely flavorless with out the hot sauce that the cashier offered. Plus I am upset that when I pulled the box out of the bag, my foos fell on the floor. I am in town until Thursday and I definitely will be going back for some more Church’s Chicken!

I have visited this location quite a few times now. Once I got a completely fresh order with mix original 8 pc chicken order. I had to wait 20 minutes, but the chicken was good and fresh. It seems anytime after that fresh order I received if I ordered white meat I had to wait. I would never complain about the wait if the order was fresh. However, that has never happened again. I have gotten a combination of fresh and old and dry. If I am waiting everything should be fresh. It seems to take forever for anyone to come to the window and then you have to wait forever for them to return with your order. Today was no exception. I waited behind someone else for awhile. I get to the window just for them to take awhile to come to the window. I finally get my order and go home. I get home just to find out they got my order wrong. I sure didn’t want to make a return trip. Not only was the order wrong, but it wasn’t even close to fresh. The breading was extremely thick. Some parts of the breading were still doughy. I added two chicken breast to my order and got some burritos I didn’t know they had. The strips of chicken in the burrito were cold. I kept holding out hope they would get it right but no more. I am done with them.

Bought a 16 PC meal and it was completely flavorless and over cooked!! The wings were so dry they literally crumbled and we’re too hard to bite into! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing!!

I enjoy their spicy chicken. I always order white meat and evidently lots of the counter people can not tell the difference between a thigh and a breast. Three times straight they have messed this up. The last time, I opened my order, looked in and turned the thigh with my hand and then requested the proper order. The young lady pulled the thigh and put it back on under their warming light. I think the health department should look into this establishment. I’m sure there is a lot of issues.

First time and let me say I got the 12 piece meal and only like two or three pieces I had to throw out, cuz when I buy into it I saw part of it was overcooked and it tasted like plastic, I don’t know why but after the first piece, then second , I was getting ready to give up but the rest of it Amazing . Better than KFC, and more reasonable with price,. Very friendly staff and I will be coming back. But checking my chicken BEFORE I eat it and before I leave . Glad we have them in. Muncie indiana now. I will update next time I go hopefully it’s better.
