Start with understanding of a newer venue. The wait was quite excessive for a lunch time date. The food however definitely made up for it. The BBQ was probably the best I’ve had since living in Texas, and throughout many southern states. Definitely could use sweet tea to finish off the experience. This place is going to outgrow that location fast if they keep that quality as is!!! We had the Brisket Jam, and Jay Mac. Beans were also some of the best I’ve had!

Great food! Stellar actually! Best Green Bay has seen! Great crew. Not perfect, but honest, upfront and hard working. The original builder did not do justice for the ventilation system and it can get pretty ruthless inside here. But at least this time you will smell like some delicious BBq instead of the tallow smoke like previously. And the owners have it on the radar. But it’s a MASSIVE investment. And they may just grow out of that location before they have a chance to upgrade it with the lines I have seen standing outside the door the last week or 2.

I’m usually not much of a barbecue person, but High Caliber Craft Kitchen completely won me over! We got the barbecue wings, Texas Twinkie, and the burger, everything was phenomenal.
The owner was extremely nice and all the staff were really friendly. Great food and great service. Highly recommend!

Food here is amazing! Really awesome setup they have too! I tried the Brisket Jam sandwich with the brisket beans and cornbread as sides(delicious). Also ordered the famous brisket mac to go which I’ve had at the food truck before! They have a full menu of options, I’d highly suggest and recommend checking this place out! I made the drive up from Fond Du Lac, and absolutely will be back! If you live in the area or are passing through, this is a must try BBQ restaurant!

Stopped in for lunch, awesome brisket jam sandwich with cowboy corn and coleslaw. Excellent flavor on the brisket and perfectly toasted Texas toast. Sauces were great, awesome vibes from the guys behind the counter! Had to try the wings too, they had an excellent smoke and flavorful skin, super juicy chicken.
