First time ever eating at Cava and we went to the Cleveland, TN location. The food was fantastic! The restaurant is very open so you can see how fresh all the food is prepared. The staff were so friendly and helpful knowing it was our first ever visit. I ordered the Steak + Feta Pita wrap and requested grilled chicken instead of steak. No problem!!! I will definitely be returning to this very clean and inviting restaurant.

My husband and I have been wanting to try Cava because we love Mediterranean food, and we’re very much “bowl” people. We got the garlic chicken shawarma bowl (but added avocado), and it was really good. We’ll definitely be back to try other ones too. The employee, DC, was really sweet, helpful and patient with us being new customers. Made it easier on a day when I wasn’t feeling well. So thank you.

Delicious! I love Mediterranean food and this fast casual chain offers lots of customizable options or curated bowls. (I got the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl)
Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was helpful and patient while my family built their orders.
Although there is limited seating, it was clean, bright and welcoming inside. Additional seating is on outdoor patio.

My wife and I have been wanting to try CAVA since it opened in Cleveland. We were very impressed! She had a steak + Feta wrap (substituted with grilled chicken) and I had the chicken and rice bowl. Both were delicious and surprisingly fresh! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous! We will definitely be back!

Cava was amazing, everything about it was amazing! I got a greens and grains bowl, and basically everything on the menu in it! My favorite things in my bowl were the grilled steak, pickled onions, and the lemon herb tahini sauce. Their pita is absolutely phenomenal too!! Love the hot harissa pita chips, and honorable mention to the delish fountain drinks. Jose made my experience excellent!! Helping me pick out what he thought I would like, and he also introduced me to new flavors I would not have tried otherwise. And John the GM, is super friendly!! Greeted everyone with a smile and amazing hospitality. 10/10 experience, I will be back!!

I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food is always delicious, but what really stood out tonight was the amazing customer service. The guy working the window was SO kind, patient, and helpful while I was ordering. He took the time to make sure everything was right, answered questions, and was just genuinely friendly. It’s rare to come across people who care that much, and it truly made my day. Huge praise to him and the team—this kind of service deserves recognition!

This was my first time and I tried the Steak and Feta Pita. It was great! The steak had good flavor and I loved all of the spreads and dressings. The pita was super soft and delicious. The location itself is really cute and the staff was friendly!
