stopped on my way through from rochester to richmond ordered my normal chalupas no tomatoes (allergy) nacho fries and a bean burrito. to start off the fries were cold tasted still frozen when i bit into them i tried like 4 or 5. then i go to eat my chalupa.. covered in tomatoes. i even rounded up. did not receive a receipt. do not live in the are to stop back by. id never stop back even if i was in the area. wasted 18$

Absolutely terrible location. Staff sucks, food sucks and the constantly close early. Like 1-2 hours before listed closing time. Do not go to this location. It’s a waste of your hard earned money. They should honestly just close this location. Every other store near this one is far better.

I understand some other people have not had a good experience after reading some of the reviews, but I thought I would chime in with my own personal experience. The employees are nice, the food has been decent, and they still have chili cheese burritos which you can’t always find. Worth a 5 star if you ask me!

Go down the road to a different location. You’ll spend 40 minutes to get cold soggy food that isn’t made correctly. Last 4 times I we’ve waited 30-40 minutes, and each visit has got worse. The focus on drive-thru leaving inside to wait.

The team that was on today, they killed it. Had a $56 order for pickup, arrived early and understandably since I live 2 miles away. No mixups, nothing wrong, everything packed, even called out the order to make sure people in the lobby knew. I see so many negatives on this place, but whoever in charge and anyone that worked this night shift on 12/20, you run the location. Ordered at 18:07

DINING ROOM CLOSED?! On a Saturday for lunch? Do better. Food was fine. I ordered through the mobile app. There should be a way to tell you that you can’t go inside and eat. I was far away from home and had to eat crunchy tacos in the car. I would have gone elsewhere had I known.

I’m not sure who owns/manages this location but they should be ashamed. They have three people working at 5 pm on a Friday night. I would have cancelled my order but it’s a mobile order. Took 50 minutes for an order I placed at 5 pm.

Edit to add, it’s been a few months since opening and they’ve done better. Food is fresh, employees kind. They have two drive thru sections now to keep the parking lot clear.
The portion sizes are INCREDIBLY small compared to other locations. I didn’t even know I had meat on my items, that’s how small they were. Food took 47 minutes to get to us. They were out of multiple items already, being a new location I guess I will try again another time. Inside dining is soooo small, hardly any places to sit. Drive thru wraps around building and parking is very slim. Drinks were cold but some already out. I will revisit to see if they’ve improved after being open for some time. But I hope they read this and know they are not giving the appropriate portion size of food and ripping people off.

It’s taco bell, so the food is the food. Just don’t go here when you’re in a hurry. Very slow drive through based on three visits. As in over ten minutes in line.

Came here for the grand opening. The employees were friendly. Food was served quite quickly. Nice outdoor seating area. Very little seating in dining area for the space they have.
