We have been coming here for years and we have had no issues with the food. Recently it’s gone down hill very fast. We love the spicy mayo and the cilantro sauce. Rave about it and the burrito bowls we get. Seems that everytime we have this food, no less then an hour later we are sick to our stomachs. Got it on the go today and it was probably the worse mistake ever. Great way to ruin your day when your stuck in the bathroom from food poisoning. You really needs to figure out how to properly store your food because somethings not right. I’m so deathly I’ll right now. Someone should really be calling the health inspector on them. Disgusting.

I decided to try this for the first time and what a disappointment. My family and I thought these were the worst tacos we’ve ever had. The fish taco is the worst. It’s a horrible piece of frozen cod which is fried and overcooked. I called to complain to manager once we tried the food. I was told that he could remake the 3 fish tacos I ordered and fry it for less time or I could get 15% off my next order. I didn’t want the percent off cause we are never ordering again. I would have ratherd a different meat taco but I was told no that I could only get the same fish tacos. So I decided to have the tacos remade hoping they would by better cooked and edible. Of course they weren’t. Do not waste your time and money.

I placed an order online for pickup. I sent my daughters inside to pick up the food. My daughters gave my name and were handed a bag. When we got home, we saw they had given us the wrong order. We drove back and I sent my daughters in again. I expected them to offer an apology and give us the correct order. Instead, I could see the guy yelling and waving his hands at my kids, so I went inside. He was yelling at THEM for taking the wrong order! He was adamant that I had not placed an online order. I showed him my email confirmation and was told that I placed it on their old website. I told them that their old website shouldn’t be up and running if they are no longer accepting orders from it. The tall Asian man was rude, nasty, discourteous and unprofessional. After years of patronizing Burrito Mariachi, this will be our last meal there. There are plenty of other places around and I don’t need to be yelled at for THEIR mistake.

Great place. Burritos are stuffed and made to order. The guacamole is awesome. My only complaint would be that the burritos never stay whole. We end up eatin them with a fork because of how full they are! That is a good problem too have.

Just ordered a chix bowl with just lettuce-tomato and rice. I picked it up and got home it was a bowl with everything I can not have !!! Called nice girl said they will refund me. Tom called me and told me they can’t do that they will make a new one unfortunately I have to go to airport so that would not work for me. Tom said he will give me 20% off????? NOT a bad for business Tom . I’m sure Sam would be happy with that . I am a every week customer if not more.

Terrible customer service. The server is nasty as anything, rude and combative. They are very overpriced and food quality is subpar. I will never go to this place again. It takes a lot for me to have a negative experience with a restaurant as I am a major foodie but this place is a disgrace.

I’m a regular costumer here. One thing I’ll say is don’t eat here in the summer because everything smells expired I guess because they don’t have ac,but I just got food here and the salad just smells expired definitely food poisoning if I woulda ate if. I had the misfortune of going by the reviews of this place, which are probably written by friends, family and employees. The tacos are tortilla lettuce shredded cheese.The quesadillas are mostly dried out cheese. The only seasoning they use is salt on top of dried overcooked, posssibly sitting all day meat. I was deeply dissatisfied with this place. You’ll have a much better experience just down the road across from 7/11 on Broadway. No Good.
