This place has really gone downhill. Food was cold, bland, and overcooked, except for the steamed shrimp. The floors were so greasy I almost fell. Curtains are hanging in shreds. Staff was nice, though. It just seemed like management has given up on quality.

I receive some of their teriyaki chicken on aluminum foil and when we picked up the chicken from the aluminum foil before I was stuck to a chicken it was cooked too long and they would not refund us the money or make us a new order so yes we were very very upset about this as we have been ordering from them for 10 years also I have had her heard her talking bad about customers to which I think is very unprofessional and when I called to complain about my order she told me that there was no way that it could possibly be overcooked or undercooked I had told her I took a picture of it and I was going to send it to her supervisor it was really awful stuff especially when my kids really liked it very bad rude service if you ask me specially when we lived in this community over 10 years and have ordered for over 10 years at the same place very discouraged
