I eat here regularly and frequently it’s one of my favorite places to eat at can’t wait for them to actually get a storefront but for now it’s the best thing that Roswell has here in this local area the agua fresca are amazing and definitely recommend the super Cali Burrito but their quesadillas are good as well

2nd chance… I ordered CARNE asada fries but instead got fries with nacho cheese and almost NO CARNE ASADA… FAKE GUACAMOLE..SMH.

I ask for rolled tacos and they gave me a “Build it yourself kit”….. Really?!
It was a box with 4 plain rolled tacos with all the ingredients on the side. Lettuce, tomatoe,, onion on one side. Sour cream and fake guacamole in two little containers.
I was the only customer and it took almost 30min for my order to be ready. I will definitely never come back to this place.

Disclaimer: I’m from south Texas and have lots of family that resides in Mexico so I feel I’m tough when it comes to reviewing Mex dishes.
Our first time. We were told to come here to try good food! We ordered 4 tacos (sold individually) 2 of buche and 2 tripas (crispy). The torta combined with buche/asada/tripas. Additionally, nuez agua Fresca (walnut).
The food was good. It just lacked seasoning. My husband and I agreed to that statement. If the meats & salsa had great seasoning, it would take this over the top! That is the only reason why we are removing one star.
The agua Fresca is VERY sweet. We prefer less sugary drinks. It’s just preference but was full of flavor!
Overall, we would go back. It’s good.

We found this amazing food truck after a day of touring Roswell. It was sooooo great! The tacos were amazing and the price was so reasonable. We sat at the picnic tables in the warm sun on a cool March day. Perfection.

Was passing through and googled food trucks and found this place. I am glad I stopped Agua was good and food was awesome. I am a believer that some of the best food you will eat comes out of a food truck. I pass through the area every couple of months ill be back.

Food was good, fries not good. I ordered reg fries not homemade cuz i like crispy salty fries. These were limp not cooked enough :0(. The person taking the order was difficult. I’d say exactly what I wanted and she read back something totally different or tried to offer me something different then what i ordered. It was Very confusing. But enjoyed the lunch overall that we got.

Get the birria !! So delicious we ended up coming back up for seconds !! We came around a slow time (5pm ish) and did not have any issues with the wait time. The lady who served us was polite. Will definitely be coming back here!!

I always go for the birria tacos wich are soo good and they usually never disappoint. But the last time I went to get some the tortillas weren’t fried there was no cheese and no dipping sauce.
