The worst Fish and Chips I ever tasted they were under cooked. Sent it back the second order was also under cooked. I had no lunch but a couple French fries, and some coleslaw. The server took my meal off the Bill. She said they took Fish and Chips off the menu after my compliant. The server said there were other complaints before mine. I was not offered a third lunch option. Atmosphere was excellent. All nonfish lunches were excellent.

We were captivated by the charm of this place at 1st glance. The fireplace was authentic and created a very inviting and romantic atmosphere! The aroma given off by the wood from the fire was comforting. The special Vday 3 corse menu was excellent along with the regular menu items. We were both big fans of the crab and lobster bisque!

Girlfriend got the bacon wrapped pork chops, it was inedible and left untouched. Felt too bad to complain but the pork was cold in the middle. Disgusting.
My skirt steak tasted like charcoal and was a terrible cut. No seasoning on it at all.
The “seasonal vegetables” are squash and zucchini. The worst options available, might as well call it that.

Great place for an enjoyable evening in Bennington. Very nice view of the golf course. Patio is excellent. Great bar. Friendly staff. Prices are $$ to $$$. Food tasty, look for their nightly specials.

I had a chicken sandwich on a brioche roll with guacamole, bacon, lettuce and tomato along with fries and everything was cooked well and delicious. My friend had cheese quesadillas and they were delicious as well.

Sat on the patio with the spectacular views of the gorgeous golf course and Green Mountains beyond. Shared lunch with friends so had the benefit of tasting three entrees! My Fish and Chips was superb—great crunch on the batter, I’m a tartar sauce snob and theirs was so flavorful, and awesome fries! I also tried the Vermonter salad and the Grilled Portobello sandwich—all fresh, well prepared! It was good that on my way out of town I ordered a Turkey Club to go—thick cut roast turkey and bacon—oh my! The Grille has really elevated the pub menu to an art form—if you’re anywhere near Bennington you MUST go!

We love to go here for a family get together. It’s handicap accecible. They’re always accommodating, even when we gave them a two hour notice for a group of 13. They’re great for small groups too. We all enjoyed our delicious meals.
