I’ve never had jersey Mike’s before. And I must say I was very impressed. Food was great, but it made me really make this. Post is the customer service at this branch in Harrison is absolutely amazing. Everybody was smiling, super sweet nice there was a young lady behind the counter. She was very very talkative and just seemed like a great human being. I wish other restaurants had the same energy. Thanks again.!

The staff at this location is unbelievable. My daughter ordered a sub she did not like. I went up to get her another sub and pay for a new one. Staff were all smiling apologized numerous times, made a new one, and would not allow me to pay. This was unexpected. Every staff member had a smile on their face and were extremely professional. Top notch

I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak via the mobile app at approximately 11:45 AM on 10/5/25 with a pickup time of 11:58 AM. As I was walking out the door with my two children, my son tripped and hit his head on the corner of the refrigerator. He immediately had a welt the size of a golf ball on his forehead and fortunately did not cut himself. After I calmed him down and made sure he was okay, I remembered the sandwich. I called the store about 15 minutes after my pickup time, explained the situation, and asked if they could my food in the refrigerator until I could eventually make it there. The GM immediately asked if my son was alright and said whenever I could make it to the store, he would make me a fresh sandwich. When I arrived around 1 PM, he immediately asked about my son and made me a new sandwich. He even gave me a complimentary drink while I waited. This customer service went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, but this solidified me as a loyal customer for life.

I had to call and delay my order because my car battery died (dad saved the day), but the team working today not only kept our food fresh, but gave me some free drinks for me and my sisters so we’d hopefully have a better day! Amazing service and a caring team!

The unisex bathroom don’t work for me and I’m sure many women would object too. I went to use the toilet, but the seat was splattered with urine as well as the floor. I informed the staff of the problem.

Staff was friendly and sub was tasty. I had never been to Jersey Mikes. I went after hearing on March 26th they were donating all sales, not percentage or net profit, but all sales to a local cancer charity. That was enough to get me there. I ordered spicy cheesesteak and will definitely seek out Jersey Mike’s in the future. The food is delicious and they support local charitable organizations.
