I ordered on the app for pick-up and was informed that my sandwiches will be ready in 10 minutes. I got stuck and traffic and won’t arrive until 30 minutes later. I called the restaurant and someone answered right away. I informed her regarding my issue and she said they will make me fresh sandwiches when I arrive. That’s awesome service! The tuna sandwich was awesome, I shared half of my regular sandwich with my son so I can have the other half of his Reuben/pastrami. It was bright and clean inside the restaurants with some tables and chairs. There is outdoor seating available as well. They also offer curbside pick-up.

Today, I came in to order two sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s, and there were about five employees working. After me, two more people came in and they ordered more than I did for some reason they started making their order first, even though it wasn’t an online order. I had to wait about fifteen minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed that the girl and the guy first handled bacon and then started making my veggie sandwich without changing their gloves. I don’t eat meat, and this really upset me. I would like to ask the owner of this place to pay attention to hygiene, because there are people with allergies or those who don’t eat meat. Please make sure that your employees change their gloves

Jersey Mike’s is a great fresh cut quality meat sandwich. I always choose this place over other subs. There are plenty of hot and cold sandwich options with some chips, desserts, and craft soda. Service is fast and friendly here and has a fresh clean look.

I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Definitely recommend 🙂

I love the sandwiches here and bring them home to eat with my family. Whether it’s cold cut or hot, they’re juicy and smooth when I eat them. Getting the sandwiches Mike’s way is pretty delicious. I always asked for no red vinegar because I was allergic to it and the employees were very considerate of it. Employees do care about their customers here and the sandwiches are the proof with well refined slices.
