Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a tea, once the newly opened Panera rush died down. Everyone was very friendly and the service much quicker than expected. Any kind of breakfast sandwich on a freshly baked cinnamon raisin bagel instantly makes it delicious and this was no exception. The drive thru is a nice touch and I will probably try that with my next visit. It is a great addition to the area and I am happy to see it finally built.

My family placed an online order for pickup through the drive thru line. Pick up said 5:30, we arrived at 5:30 and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line. We ended up going inside to pickup our order as there was no movement in the drive thru. not one employee acknowledged my presence or the other customers waiting for their orders. my mom (the one who placed the order) called the store and the girl that answered the phone was rude. stating that there’s other orders and that we should have waited at the speaker (when the sign in drive thru does NOT say anything about waiting at speaker for rapid pickup, there is a separate line). The employee that took the call (blonde hair young girl) proceeded to tell another employee about the call in a frustrated manner and rude looks in my direction. another individual waiting also asked the blonde girl what the hold up on his order was and he was dismissed and given attitude as well. When the order was finally done they did not tell me even tho they knew i was standing there, they proceed to talk about my mother (the one that placed the order) right in front of me, to which i had to approach them and have them hand over the order. Myself as well as other customers were treated badly.

I mean, it’s a quick stop to grab food. My only thing with Panera is that there’s not enough protein on their dishes. They are delicious but too much bread and. It enough protein. All else is fine.

Was at Monroe location for two hours on a Saturday working on a project. When arrived coffee was old and hazelnut was empty, over two hours not one person came out to check.

No one really cares.

Disappointed again. I took my Mom out for lunch. She wanted to try newly opened Panara bread restaurant. Mom got a salad and I got a steak and cheese chabata sandwich. Mom didn’t like her salad only eating half of it. My steak and cheese hardly had any steak on it. Later that day, Mom had diarrhea and I had heartburn. Mom said we’re not going back there again. We spent over $30 for a salad, sandwich and a drink.

The food was incredible. I wanna thank the best chefs in the world John Iacono and Matteo Iacono. Their aura made it possible Tradeable Inform Raphinha worth 300k coins. Not only do they bring great cheffing skills making the most delicious mac and cheese but they bring that certain suave that you want in any restaurant. 10/10 must come again.

Awful, I had a 25% coupon off online order, expires 1/15/23 it wouldn’t go through so I placed my order and brought in the coupon. They said it was a mistake that the coupon should have stated expired 12/30/22. When I said they should honor it the manager said they didn’t have to because it was stated on the coupon it could be cancelled at anytime. Poor customer service at its worst. On the phone holding with corporate now. Oh and My bread was also moldy.

I really hate to leave negative reviews and rarely do….but here we are: one has a greater chance of spotting and riding a unicorn than receiving the correct order at this particular Panera. There are only two of us, and one of our orders is wrong virtually every single time we come here.

In addition: it’s a bit ironic that it is called Panera Bread, yet never seems to actually have bread when we go.

In the rare instance that the orders are correct, it actually IS a nice meal. This is a nice location and layout.

I feel like we’ve given them a fair shot overall, but it rarely goes well.

I’m a local and until now very regular customer of this Panera restaurant in Monroe. This cafe and especially the service quality and friendliness of the staff has gone downhill dramatically since it opened. More often than not staff is rude and not helpful. Food quality is not good as well, for instance, food that is supposed to come out hot is cold and orders are not executed correctly (missing items). At times, customers even get overcharged because staff refuses to use valid coupons or fail to honor the sip club membership.
