Place was new, so everything was clean. The service is great, people are friendly, kinda shy but friendly. We went around 3:30pm so they didnt have a lot out, but i guess because of the time. But 10min later they had more pizza out. The pepperoni pizza was a 4 out of 5, the jalapeños and pepperoni another 4 out of 5. The cheese was a 3. Salad was a good 4 out of 5. Id recommend the place, since its new and stuff is clean. Would back if im on the area for sure.

The manager Manny was so helpful and accommodating. He had some assist us with tables. Asked what kind of pizza we would like on the bar. Great place with wonderful employees. Kids absolutely loved everything!

Brandon is the highlight of the experience—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The fact that he had staff create hot, fresh, personal pizzas right from the oven made the meal feel extra special and customized.
The buffet area was always stocked and the dining area was very clean! Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a family dinner, the service and food quality stand out every time!

My kids love Cici’s pizza and the new Grapevine location has been a great addition to the area. The team there has the most enthusiastic team and I love it! It’s so refreshing to walk into a place where the staff truly works together and clearly enjoys what they do. Their passion and attention to detail really shine through and make the entire experience even better. Great job! We’ll definitely be back!

As soon as I went in, the young man welcomed me, all happy, and felt that they wanted me to come in. The pizza was fresh, even though it was a Thursday at 8:30. He was offering to make any pizza we wanted. They kept asking if there was anything we needed. I have 5 kids I go to a lot of Cicis this was my favorite the food was really good any time I’m around here I will be stopping here. The guy deserves a raise.

If the system allowed six stars, I’d DEFINITELY give it six stars! The food is as great as ever! The service was pleasant! The atmosphere is cool! I love it here! I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves pizza!

Been coming here since they opened. I love it. The employees are nice and greet you immediately even you enter, always ask if you would like any pizzas made, the manager has even given us game cards to play the games & I’ve seen him do the same for kids that were there as well. Always clean, always a good environment & atmosphere. 10/10.

The pizza is good (not great), they have a huge variety, and the addition of soup, salad and pasta help make it a quality all-around buffet.
And if the rock-bottom price doesn’t attract you, go for the service. This CiCi’s has polite, helpful and energetic staff that goes out of their way to make the experience more than it should be.
For a low budget fun night out, put the baby in the car seat and have a date night at CiCis!
