We have been doing take out for over 5 years with these people, once we were 15 min away and opened our food they forget tartar sauce on our order. We called to ask if they can remake our food if we turned around to get tartar sauce being it would be cold once we got back, and they said no to remaking the food and no a refund. When we asked “so you expect us to eat cold food” their response was repeating they can’t remake it. They lost a loyal customer. Never had an issue with this place first time we do they expect us to eat cold fish due to their own mistakes.
