Just ewww!! Got some Chilli Cheese fries & was not expecting the hair!! Was absolutely disappointed & disgusting!! But first the Cust service was a little off because I had to go in to get my own fork. Then later Nobody never answered the phone to take my complaint, the line stayed busy.. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else & people should consider beard & hair nets around food!!

I have never written a review before, but after my experience here today, I knew it had to be the first thing I did when I got home. Freddy’s has always been my favorite restaurant— I would drive all the way to Saraland just to have a burger and some ice cream. However, the customer experience i was met with today is unmatched. A very lovely girl, Elizabeth, took my order. As someone who also works in the industry, her customer service voice is amazing and quite frankly— something to be very jealous of. As I pulled around to the window she continued to be the sweetest person I have ever met and even wrote sweet messages on my order. I pray this doesn’t get her in trouble— as it genuinely made my entire day. Elizabeth if you see this just know I would tip you my entire bank account if I could Y’all have a lovely atmosphere and the employees are so nice and friendly! The food was awesome ( per usual for you guys, i know) Keep up the great work and give my girl a raise, she’s doing amazing!

First time eating at Freddy’s. Food was good. the driveway when entering is HORRIBLE and will scrape under your car bumper!!!! They need to get that leveled out a bit. I ate inside around 9pm and it was EXTREMELY bright, all those lights are not necessary, they would do just fine with half the lights. Also the volume of the speaker was wayyy to loud, every time the employee yelled an order out i jumped up. (He does not have to yell it out that’s why there’s a mic) It was way too much going on inside so i decided to eat outside only to findthe speaker and music to still be as loud, causing me to not really enjoy my meal 🙁

This was my first, and will be my last experience with this establishment. I placed an online order to be picked up. I do this to lessen the opportunities for a mistake to be made when they enter the order. I arrived and went through the drive thru to pick up. I was told they cannot give me my food unless I go inside the store. I did not realize when placing my order that I was forfeiting drive thru privileges. I was in my pajamas and slippers and had to enter the restaurant. I asked for my food and was handed a bag. I explained I had a drink as well and the employee pointed to a fridge with several drinks in it and told me to get it. I asked her to hand it to me. She seemed aggravated at my request. I didn’t know which drink was mine. I did not wear my reading glasses. What is going on here? If I go through the drive thru, I’m handed my items. If I order inside, I’m handed my items. But if I enter the order online, I have to go inside and help myself?
Why can I not place an order online, and then simply go through the drive thru and pick it up? I am forced to place my order through the outdoor speaker and just hope for the best. There isn’t a screen to verify the accuracy of my order. What if I were disabled, in a wheelchair, or simply not dressed for the public as I was tonight? I cannot begin to express my disappointment.
Also, the entrance from the road has a huge dip that is going to take out the front of someone’s car.

Staff is polite and food is usually good. I’ve had this several times now and it is pretty consistent. Burgers are always tasty, as are the fries and custard products. My only slight complaint is the cheese curds are salty. I’ve tried twice now and they are just too salty. They are still edible but I end up having to share them because I can’t finish them because of it. I think I’ll ask if they salt them when they come out and ask them not to.
Either way it’s a good option and I’d compare them to somewhere like Steak and Shake, Culver’s, or Dairy Queen to give you an idea of the menu items.

This is what you get for $7.50 plus some change absolutely diabolical. And then the approached to your main driveway in and out is at such a bad incline it absolutely destroys the front end of cars update we actually gave a second try tonight and it was so cold in that place it was like a meat locker. I bet you 65°.

This restaurant was super dirty for being new. The walls at our booth had stuff smeared on them and the floors were greasy. We had to clean our table and seats. My husband even said “we should leave”. One of the burgers wasn’t cooked throughly and they left the milk and custard out of our kids meal. We will definitely not be back.

Ordered food at 7:31pm order was picked up at 8:04 and didn’t arrive until 9:30 pm . Food was ice cold , multiple items missing , & burger was missing a top bun. Highly disappointed and frustrated . Called the store 3 times , line keeps saying busy!

The hamburgers and ice cream here are great. Also the prices aren’t bad compared to other fast food options these days. The rewards app is pretty cool as you can get some deals and free stuff. I will say that, at the time of writing this, the staff is still very green. However they make up for it in kindness and they try to correct any errors. Also the parking lot and driveway are very small, if Freddy’s is busy it is almost impossible to get in because the drive-through line is blocking the only way in.

The wait staff are the sweetest most polite workers probably in any food joint i’ve ever seen. Like chik fil a but not as fake and scripted. these people are genuine nice and caring and the food was really yummy!
