This location is really hit or miss. I went in tonight to order two smoothies and the two staff I “interacted” with (if you can even call it that) made it very clear they would rather be anywhere else than work. I get it, customer service can be rough but it’s a slow night here and there’s no reason for them to both act like I am annoying them by coming in to order. The girl brought the smoothies out, and just put them down on the counter and walked away without saying a word. After a moment I got up to check if they were mine and they were. It was just so weird, she really couldn’t take 2 seconds to tell me my smoothies were ready. I pass a diff tropical smoothie on the way home from work which is where I will go next time. This isn’t the first time the staff at this location act like we are doing them a disservice by coming in and paying for things. It’s just a weird vibe like I’m unwanted in there but if we didn’t all come in and buy smoothies they would be without a job so I don’t get it

Perfect every time ! The smoothies are consistent, fresh, and refreshing ! Mostly I get a smoothy but once in a while I’ll get a food item and it’s always good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful and super friendly. They remember me by name often and the music is very upbeat. I’m a regular. They often have sales and specials through the app / and the points accrue – so I get a free smoothy now and then.

Very disappointed in this establishment. I was racially profiled. I had ask your staff a question about something and I got nothing but attitude. Than when I was doing the survey, and went to show the person the code he demanded to take my phone so he can type it in his computer. I don’t want a stranger taking my phone… like I don’t understand how this tropical smoothie treats their customers that way. I will never in my life ever go to this one. This place needs to be shut down for the way they treat their customers. Merrick on Merrick road will be the one I will always go to for now on. Even if I have to drive 30 minutes. I will do that so I don’t have to deal with these people.

The food is bland and the smoothie is watered down. I got the smoothie blueberry bliss and half the smoothie was filled. It barely tasted like blueberries if I wanted a water I would have asked for one. When I told a worker they gave me attitude and said it wasn’t their problem. Please DO NOT come here the service is actually terrible. You guys should look into having better customer service skills.

Twice in a row I have ordered from this location through Uber eats. I chose “add white chocolate” for an additional cost. ADD white chocolate NOT SUBSTITUTE! But both times, they took out an ingredient that I did not say to remove, and replaced it with white chocolate. No other location does this. Can you please explain to your employees what the difference between “add” and “substitute” is? Also, they used to give a pretty good portion of chicken in the flatbread but the last time I got it was laughable. I had to go back out for more food because it wasn’t filling. And I’m 5’1 110lbs. That should NOT happen.

RUN AWAY, i never write reviews but this was so bad i had to warn anyone considering this place. The waitress had such a bad attitude with me and my friends. The sunrise smooth i ordered CAME WITH A DEAD COCKROACH and we saw more crawling on the walls. The turkey bacon ranch was so burnt it was not edible. This place is so unsanitary with horrible customer service so not come here. I would give it negative stars if it’s possible.

I was recommended to come here @ tropical smoothie in hungtington and ask for this hawaiian girl they said she makes good thick smoothie and this place was lot faster than tropical smoothie in deer park. My husband and I went couple days ago and we figured the person behind the counter was the hawaiian girl based on her ALOHA tatto, we ask if she can make our smoothies she said off course she didn’t have a problem with it she was very polite, great customer service, and very funny. I ordered me food as well 🙂 The smoothies was thick, The Food Was Delicious 🙂 Ask for aloha if you don’t want a watery smoothie 🙂 CLEAN PLACE!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
