I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway at the base of Marland Heights in Weirton, West Virginia, twice in the past month and had excellent experiences both times. The two young ladies who took care of me, Julianna and Hailey, were delightful. They had bubbly personalities and made me feel right at home. Hailey and Julianna prepared a wonderful Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Wrap for me with a ton of onions, as I specifically ordered. Both times, the wraps were perfectly made, and the taste was delicious. I would highly recommend this Subway location to family and friends because the employees care about their customers and the product they sell, which is a fantastic product. The Double Chocolate cookies were to die for. Thank you, Subway, for having such marvelous people in your employ. <3

7-7-2023. Haley took wonderful care of me today. She made a specialized six inch Italian BMT sub, which was excellent. Haley smiled, made excellent eye contact, and provided wonderful conversation. She made the sub perfectly and efficiently. I recommend this location to family and friends.
10-23-2023. I entered the store, and Julianna greeted me with a smile and eye contact and offered help. After telling her I had a pickup order, Julianna produced my order, accepted payment, and gave me a receipt with a smile and a thank you. The sub was awesome. It was perfectly crafted to my specifications, and it was hot. I would recommend this Subway location and Julianna to family and friends.

I dont know if I would trust delivery again. I ordered from the app with $0 delivery fee, which I thought was great because I was at work and couldn’t leave to go get my food. I got my sandwich and it was a big sloppy mess. I couldn’t even eat it. I called, complained and they could not deliver another one because the orders are automatically transfered to door dash. I had to wait to go pick up another sandwich after work. The crew that was working after I got off of work were super nice and did make me a new sandwich. Advice..order sauces/dressings on the side.

Nice large subway with a clean interior. The staff was pleasant and did a good job of making my sandwich the way I like it. We also had ordered party trays earlier in the week which turned out very well. At checkout the register gave the option to add a tip which I was pleased to see, as I like to acknowledge good work. Overall a very good option for lunch.

Their app never works this is won’t be ever going there . I’m tired of trying to use their app and it is lousy. I get processing payment and never places order after I took the time to order 4 subs. I’m done with them.

Subway was a good place to spend some peace and quiet time. The people who work there were very friendly and always made sure everything was alright. Also the bread was freshly baked. Every dollar I spent was worth it.

There’s some girls there questioning on what I get on my food then actually listening to what I ask for were gossiping the whole time, overcooked in the oven,I asked over and over politely about toppings, cheese, sauce (a meatball sub) forgot all of that but still had to pay extra for forgotten toppings. Do not recommend going here!

Their cookies are always overcooked and hard as a rock. Then they leave them out for a week at a time because nobody will buy them.

Good employees and service. But the last couple of times I’ve went there they were out of too many things and I couldn’t get my sandwich the way I wanted it. I hope they get this resolved soon.
