I’m waiting outside for the order in my car and still there’s still didn’t finish it. These girls are careless. The manager of this restaurant to do something.

My drink was spilled accidentally, first the girl was so rude than she charged me for another, the next visit she’s so shameless that she started talking about what happened to her other employees, while I was there!
I also work and I know what basic manners are even a customer is rude I always try to satisfy them, don’t make their day worse.
Well I saw other reviews, from year ago all are talking about the girls behavior, but the owner doesn’t seem to care about his business at all, or he might like to lose customers over some obnoxious girls.
The young employees were far more interested in chatting and socializing among themselves than actually managing orders or paying attention to customers. When I explained the situation, their immediate response was to insist that we had already picked it up — which was completely false. I had to stand there and argue my point, providing details from the app confirmation and timestamp, before they reluctantly admitted the mistake and remade the food.
The whole experience turned what should have been a quick pickup into a frustrating ordeal. Between the disorganized staff, the lack of accountability, and the total disregard for the customer who actually paid for the meal, this place is a complete crap show.
Save yourself the headache and the wasted time — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here at all unless you’re prepared for a lengthy wait, potential mix-ups, or your food mysteriously disappearing. There are plenty of other options out there that can actually handle basic pickup without turning it into an argument. Zero stars if I could.

if not know what to eat,pokebowl is always the first choice
1. Multiple times there has been hair in my food. This just happened again to my wife last night, and is the 3rd time we’ve found a big piece of hair in our food here.
2. Service is constantly slow, I did a pick up order once that told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes just to be sure, and when I got there they still hadn’t even started making the order and there were no other customers in the building or tickets on their board. Another time, I ordered for pickup on GrubHub and they forgot to mark my order complete. When I called them after waiting an hour to ask how much longer it would take to be ready they told me, “Oh, it’s been ready”. Halfway to the store, they finally marked the order complete. Good to know, since my Poke bowl contained raw fish and just sat at room temperature on their counter for an hour.
3. I frequently order online for convenience and my orders are never made correctly. I’ll ask for sauces on the side, they’ll put the sauces inside every time, not to mention they add way too much sauce when they do this as well. I ask for a Poke salad, I get a Poke rice bowl. I’m diabetic and can’t eat sushi rice as it raises my blood sugar to dangerous levels. They’re consistently forgetting ingredients I ordered, and adding ingredients I didn’t order.
I really want to like this place, but after the constant failures and finding a hair in our food for the third time last night, unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back here.
