First time trying was today. Picked up my mobile order at 10:30, ordered around 10:25 so not too much time in between. It took me about 7 minutes to get from there to my break room at work. The only thing that was hot when I opened my food was the Mac and cheese. The wings were lukewarm, the red beans and rice were cold and the rice was hard. I am so extremely disappointed that I paid this much for less than mediocre food. The wings were super crispy which was great but the honey lemon pepper flavor was weird. Might try again idk but I was so upset that nothing was hot when my total time from order to opening the food was 12 minutes.

My husband brought home Popeyes last Thursday(April 17th). I got the chicken sandwich. As I bit into it, I felt something tougher than everything else in my sandwich. I pulled it out and it was paper. I contacted costumer service and they said they would let the owner of this restaurant know to make it right and I’ve never heard anything since. Poor customer service after a big mistake.

I did drive-through and there are 2 windows at this location with no signs on what is what. We waited over 20 minutes and still they managed to get my order wrong. Ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and a 6 piece wings with drinks and they screwed up the chicken sandwich and added bacon with cheese when I told them not to. We were still at the window and flagged one of them down and told the dude at the window, he dang he near had a break down. I said screw it and left. I do not recommend this place in Sturgis, MI unless your desperate. They need to get there stuff together.

Having lunch at Popeye’s. The drive thru is packed but the inside is only about halfway full. The line to order was really quick and service with a smile.
I was impressed how fast my order came out given how busy they were.
I got their ghost pepper sandwich along with cajun fries and a large cherry coke. All good was fresh and hot. The ghost pepper sauce wasn’t overwhelming and left a nice little tingle of flavor lingering in my mouth. The fries were crunchy with a nice textured seasoning on the outside.
First impressions were 10 out of 10.

Had a few issues with my order. The chicken was delicious as usual, but the Mac n cheese portion was pathetic. Came less than half full. Secondly, my soda was all carbonation and no flavor.
For whatever reason, the staff refused to give me my DoorDash order in the drive thru, so I had to go inside. This is where I discovered a major issue with the parking lot. The drive thru line easily gets long, blocking parked cars in. So after waiting in the drive thru, then going inside, then waiting to get out of the parking lot, I spent 37 minutes at Popeyes trying to grab my pick up order. Absolutely absurd.

Went through the drive through ordered a macaroni and cheese and wrap. Macaroni was suppose to be a large got a very small portion. Honey mustard wrap I wasnt impressed with coating didn’t look done! Service was very rude which I see now is the manager Wow! Do better or find another job your attitude sucks! Being snotty isn’t good customer service.

OK so rarely do I do reviews but this experience deserved one. I went inside because there was hardly anyone there. I try to give my order so some guy who clearly was new which I was patient because I understand how hard using a new computer can be. Anyways after 15-20 mins of attempting to order TWO MEALS a 3 piece TENDER w mac and cheese and a 3 piece SPICY meal w mash pot and gravy and mack and cheese ..and even after the manager herself had to come help THEY STILL MESS IT ALL UP I ordered two meals. They gave me wrong sides then I get all the way home open the bag and it’s just a big box of random chicken NO TENDERS and it wasn’t even spicy! Also the mac and cheese is ALWAYS trash during night shift dry and disgusting I’m just super disappointed because I was patient and polite but even after all that time they still can’t get anything right! I think the icing on the cake is that I spent over 30 dollars for this experience

Door dash has been waiting an hour. No one answered just to cancel order. It’s fine you’re short staffed- totally get it but don’t tell the driver it’ll be ready in two minutes 45 minutes ago.
