Terrible experience. We ordered two half and half pizzas. One gluten free one not. The gluten free pizza was on top of the non gluten free pizza with no cooking round inbetween. Toppings strewn on both halves making it a non half and half. Service is really in decline here!
An update: Management reached out and fully refunded the meal as well as promised to talk with the employees to make improvements. I’ve added a star to this and will re-review on our next order.

Apararently, if you order in person the pricing is different than what is shown online. I paid twice as much because i orered in person instead of online! I find this practice deceptive and misleading. The price of a pizza should be the same regardless of how I ordered. Shake my head.

I have not been at the Duvall Murphy’s for quite a long time. So Friday 5/10/24 I stopped by to grab a stuffed pizza. I must say it was the best one I have ever had. So, whoever made the stuffed pizza on Friday about 1:00. I want to say thank you!! Awesome job. I will definitely be back.

As a big fan of take and bake pizzas, I’ve always had a soft spot for Papa Murphy’s. Their concept is spot on and usually, the pizzas hit the mark. But, man, my recent experiences have really soured my view. The manager at this location seems way off base. I’ve noticed, and it’s hard not to, that the manager often appears intoxicated, which is not only unprofessional but also concerning. What’s worse is hearing how the staff are treated. It’s one thing to manage; it’s another to mistreat your team. It’s disheartening because the product is great, but the dishonesty and poor treatment I’ve witnessed make it hard to support this place. Love the pizza, but the management? Not so much.

Ordered online, order came out wrong.
Told manager she said not my problem we made what the order said. No refund
Because they made what was on order.
I said we picked out 5 toppings and that was the tuesday deal. So had to deal with manager to receive what we ordered. They remade pizza but I feel this should of happened from the start not a twenty minute back and fourth verbal argument with manager. I hope owner’s discuss this with manager to make her understand that computer on line orders still go wrong and customer shouldn’t have to fight about it. Are family has been a customer since this place opened. We see what happens.

The place does not let you order after 7 PM. Neither the phone or online works and then if you show up in person, they say that their system is down the place closes at 7 PM. I wonder what the chain thinks about this don’t know how they’re able to keep the Murphy’s name alive on that place.

I can’t recommend Big Rock Papa Murphy’s in Duvall. Had a horrible experience this afternoon.
I preordered a Gourmet Veggie Pizza under their Non-Dairy Cheese menu. I changed to red sauce but left everything the same and double-checked the non-dairy cheese. When I arrived the manager was making our pizza and asked if we really wanted dairy cheese-zesty herb topping with our vegan cheese pizza. I nicely said no, that I’d ordered from the non-dairy cheese menu and didn’t ask for dairy cheese topping.
She was very agitated and said, ”well if one of my employees was making it you’d get dairy cheese topping because it’s on all of our pizzas.” I said that was confusing since I ordered on non-dairy cheese menu and how could I prevent that. She loudly repeated her “employees would add it and it wouldn’t be on them, so you can’t come in here and yell at them for it.”
I then said I wasn’t yelling just asking how to not get that and that the menu doesn’t show that. She proceeded to berate and lecture me to the point I asked her twice to stop. She got very belligerent as I was just trying to get my pizza, pay, and leave.
As I was paying she shouted, “Stop what? Stop telling you my employees will give you dairy cheese?” I replied without yelling that she needed to stop lecturing me and that it wouldn’t be a problem since I was never coming back here.
She shouted, “Why, because of the cheese?!!!”
Because you’re extremely rude.
She was shouting at me as I left.
When I was getting in my truck she screamed at the top of her lungs from inside the shop, “NEXT TIME YOU’RE GETTING DAIRY CHEESE!!!!”
Three people in the parking lot stopped and looked at the shop aghast at her screaming from behind the counter inside.
