I love the vibe at the restaurant. My favorite dish is their shrimp tacos! My husband loves their enchiladas de mole. And I love that they have outdoor seating. The servers liz and Ulysses are great and very friendly.

I was walking by the neighborhood when this beautiful restaurant caught my eye, and I’m so glad it did! The atmosphere was inviting, so I decided to sit out on the patio and take it all in. I ordered the popular OMG Tacos, and wow — the fresh mango added the perfect touch of sweetness. Paired with an Estrella Jalisco, it instantly brought back memories of Mexico. Everything from the food to the ambiance was absolutely delightful. So happy I stopped by — an experience that truly did not disappoint!

The menu there isn’t much on the menu to choose from. They were out of carnitas.
How is a restaurant out of carnitas which is the most popular food item they have.
I ended up getting 3 enchiladas and rice. The enchiladas were very small and the sauce they had on there was Soo sweet the rice had no flavor.
I understand they are located in downtown so food may need to look and taste a certain way.
The food tasted like most of the Mexican restaurants in downtown and midtown.
There was no authentic taste to it at all nor did they have any chips and salsa either.
It wasn’t worth $19.00

Good carnitas. Quality of meat for pastor was really nice. I was disappointed in my shrimp taco. I asked a server, Wasn’t it supposed to come with mango? He said the mango is in the salsa. In this creamy sauce? Yes, he said. Comparing photos on here, I can tell I did not get the “pico de mango” that was supposed to be on my taco. The cheese was also a tiny amount compared to the costra I can see on other photos. Sad. If they ran out, they should explain or discount the taco. Busy at lunchtime 1pm. Food took quite awhile to come out. Fix the consistency and wait time and I would give five stars bc $3 for the meat tacos is such a good value.

The nachos are fresh out of the fryer and the guacamole is so fresh and flavorful. Literally all the ingredients are super fresh.
I love the location too. One of the reasons why living in this city is worth it.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever been truly mesmerized by food. Our firm had a company dinner at OMG Cocina, and I ordered the chicken enchiladas — one with green salsa, one with red, and one with mole. They were, without exaggeration, the most delicious enchiladas I have ever had. I couldn’t stop thinking about them all night!
I was so impressed that I actually called the restaurant the next morning just to share my experience. I spoke to the manager, who was incredibly sweet and friendly, and explained that the restaurant is family-owned. You can truly taste the love and authenticity in every bite.
Whoever the owners and cooks are — you’re doing an amazing job. This place is an absolute gem, and I can’t wait to come back!

First time checking out OMG Cocina and it did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken taco plate and was shocked with how much food came out for $15, it was quite the feast and absolutely delicious! The flavor of the tacos was delicious and the baked cheese on the shells was a yummy touch. Will certainly be back when in the area!

10/2024 tried the shrimp and fish tacos, delicious, recommended. However, the food took at least 30mins to come out with a few customers. Room for improvement.
