This place is awesome. Latin food so bomb, lots of breakfast and lunch options. Good portions and good selection of pasteries. The place gets busy, lots of people but they also have lots of seating. People are really friendly, both the staff as well as the customer. Its común place for strangers to share a table. Good coffee. Super nice place to go for pick up or sit down. Cant remember how prices are, i was so focused on the food itself i cant remember what the bill was lol. Try the place out its worth it.

Lots of different options in the hot bar. Food was good, but nothing out of this world. Love that it is a Christmas owned business and it is displayed on the walls of the restaurant. Staff wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to be annoyed as people ordered. But overall was fine.

This morning, While waiting behind the only person on the line by the cash register the person behind the counter that can see me waiting with my wife ready to order, she call next !! I proceed to place my order she tell a woman that she clearly new came after me , she tells me Sir the line is over there, I told her I was here the whole time and now you tell me , you know I was here this whole time , and did not took my order just because I was not a little to the left . That was very disappointing on Melao, I am not upset for the waiting of another person go first than me is the fact that this lady new I was next and did not do the right thing which was to take my order and tell me that next time the line was a little to the left . There is plenty of business of this kind here in Kissimmee really good and what make a difference is the treatment of customers. I gave my business to someone else.

The food is always excellent and the staff are always so kind and friendly and professional. I have to give a shout out to the cleaning staff! My baby made a hugeee mess and i was mortified i kept telling her to let me mop and sweep up his mess and she insisted it was ok that its her job and she didnt mind. She was so loving and understanding I gave her a big hug and appreciated that so much. Thank you! Food was excellent I Highly recommend!

Fast service due to not many people today, I ordered the Cuban sandwich and the 3 amigos platter. So the Cuban wasnt winning any awards very dry and the pork/ham had a weird taste to it. The 3 Amigos platter was very bland, not savory at all, but their Tostones were on point. Prices weren’t too bad either. Not sure if ill be eating there again in my opinion.
