If you can see cars in the drive through lane, don’t get in it. It wraps around the building and takes forever. At least 15-20 minutes last time I was there.

Great service, but I will never order a black iced tea from Starbucks again. Black hot tea is great, but the iced is very weird tasting, and it’s pre made, so you get the same thing if they remake it. How can you screw up such a basic drink, and I was really looking forward to it for the long drive ahead : ( !!!

Whatever you do, do NOT opt to use the drive thru at this location. Once you get the drive through line there is absolutely no way to exit it and the many number of staff that were working were excruciatingly slow. I was in the drive-thru here a couple of weeks ago for over 45 minutes. And then they forgot to give me part of my order, so I had to park & go in anyway! Beyond ridiculous. Save your sanity (and hard earned money!) and just head to Dunkin Donuts across the street instead!

So I went into Starbucks a few days before Christmas and they completely messed up my order so I called when I got home and they told me I could come in and they would make me a new one and that it was no big deal so I went in today and I had explained what happened and it was a blonde and a Burnett working and they were very very very rude about it and they were not helpful what so ever!! Great place. Employees super nice. Since they put this Starbucks in (Walmart parking lot), I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff & maybe 1 or 2 times an incorrect drink. It was always resolved pleasantly. Considering this is a vacation town…..that says ALOT! (I live locally & visit this place regularly).

All in all this is a great coffee shop. However they are lacking the nitro brew. I really wish Starbucks would step it up and install this product in every one of their locations. It’s a bit disappointing that I can’t get my favorite drink at every location.
