Literally waited over 20 minutes after placing an app order and going through the drive through for ONE item – the caramel apple empanada that had ZERO FILLING. Also had almost NO MEAT on anything and everything was a mess. The cheesy order of crunch head almost no cheese in between the shells. FOR $40 ?!? RIDICULOUS – NEVER AGAIN.

e with this taco bell. Third last time I got food poisoning from the steak. Second last time they didn’t include any of the extras I paid for. Last night I order a soft shell taco and a grilled cheese burrito , I received a hard shell taco and the grilled cheese burrito had one tiny pinch of the center of the tortilla . The grilled cheese should be covered in both sides. I also tried contacting the managers about the forgotten food and no response. Lady at the window was nice though.

Best taco bell in the area by far. Super clean, quick service, food hot and fresh. Very well maintained inside and outside. Its the only location I’ll go to simply based on the cleanliness. Only complaint is sometimes they go a little light on the fillings, but usually everything is good.

The staff here is awful. I am not one to do reviews, but this Taco Bell has the worst service around Cheektowaga. It’s ran by a bunch of rude teenagers. I did not see one adult the time I was inside. They forgot half of our items, were a family of 6, and I walked in to get those missing items. The response was “that’s not our problem”. I shook it off and went to the Taco Bell on union. My mother had a similar experience at this Taco Bell as well. They told her to park in the parking lot and wait for her food because she had a big order. She waited 45 minutes thinking they were making it. When she finally decided to walk inside they told her they hadn’t started it yet. She said when she walked in they were just talking and sitting on their phones. If you ever have that Taco Bell craving STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!

They gave me old and rotten food. Idk why they gave me old food. Probably because it was a delivery. I love Taco Bell but this one disappointed me. The food was disgusting snd rotten. I would like to draw attention to the authorities who run this place., please maintain the safety and quality of the food for this Taco Bell chain.

I always order through the app at this location. They always are super fast and never had issues with items missing or missing customizations. The staff is super friendly too. Probably one of the best Taco Bell’s in the area. I come here frequently and have never had any negotiate experiences that other reviewers had. Will be back again!
