Tonight was my first, last, and only time ordering Marcos. I ordered pizza online and received an incorrect pizza. I called the store in hopes to have the correct food resent, but was offered a credit for my next visit. Not taking into account I did not have what I ordered and wanted. I offered to bring the pizza back and requested a fresh one be made. When I walked into the store, I was asked my name and given another pizza. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Upon my arrival home, we found they put the slightest amount of sauce on the revised pizza, like some petty game or something! Literally gave me loaded breadsticks. Haven’t order at this location and was hesitating due to the reviews but I love marcos pizza, and glad I did cause made my order at 9:10 and got here at 9:32 which as a former delivery driver that’s good when it comes to night time orders. Mine was made perfect and taste great, mine was also simple to make, but there’s always that one person who order half of this, half that, or take off this and make things complicated but, the person I spoke to was patient and very great at answering the phone. Driver called me to let me know she was here and I met her where I needed! Definitely will order here again when I’m in this area at pear tree inn or other hotels near by

Marco’s Pizza Saint Ann just opened a couple days ago and we wanted to give them a shot.
We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico with extra cheese and cooked well done.
They did a nice job!
Cons; you can’t order a thin crust extra large only large and lesser sizes. A little light on the sauce
Pro’s; ordering well done is the way to go as I have found at Imo’s as well. We ordered extra cheese and the Romesean cheese all over were a nice addition. The pepperoni was very tasty, both classic and old-world which cupped up nice and was really good. The staff was very busy ( grand opening week ) but attentive and friendly towards everyone coming in. They got us out fast after arrival. We ordered online and the Marco’s online ordering could be done a little simpler but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
Great job to everyone at this new Saint Ann Business!
Great flavor and overall a nice pizza! Next time I will order extra sauce but otherwise, I really think it’s worth a try!

First time going, got the Philly and pepperoni magnifico. Both were incredibly delicious! I really enjoyed the dense bready crust on the pies and the cheese sauce on the Philly was creamy, sticks to the roof of your mouth a little, like provel. The red sauce on the pepperoni is a little sweet, much less sweet than papa John’s. Usually I’m not a fan of sweeter sauces but this one worked with the umami of the pepperoni. Love the cupping peps that add an extra crunch. Will definitely be ordering again.

This pizza taste 10x better than Papa John’s!! The staff are very friendly, fast and hardworking. I came in today, in the mist of a storm & was treated excellently even though they were short staffed. A Young Woman named Sarrendia took great care of me and still had a smile on her face!

Tried for the first time today instead of getting Imos, like normal. Ordered the pepperoni with light cheese. My kids didn’t like it at all. It didn’t have light cheese like I stated. Called and asked if I could get half my money back, since my kids only ate not even half of it, and the portion they did eat, they took the cheese off of that. I was told they can’t refund me anything.. Oh my.. ok

See the review after this that I sent yesterday that I am revising now to go down even further with the stars. I gave them another shot and placed a Pizza order that did not involve half-and-half ingredients and included a simple order of Buffalo style wings. The order got here pretty fast And the pizza looked OK (medium warm not hot) BUT The wings were doused in barbecue sauce, not buffalo sauce. Seriously? No more chances.

I gave them a pass the first time I ordered from them . I ordered a Supreme pizza ; when I got the pizza someone gave me a regular cheese pizza and they put the toppings just on the top 2nd time I ordered a pizza I noticed that NO ONE had gloves while preparing food . Not to mentioned the guy that checked me out had dirt under his nails.
3rd time which was today I ordered my son a small cheese pizza when I went to pick it up once again “Mr Dirty nails” comes to ring me out and once again his dirty are filthy . I decided then I was never coming back . THEN my son gets to his 3rd piece of pizza and yells “ Mom what is this black thing “ There was one of lil flying bug dead in the pizza box ♀️ . I’ll definitely be contacting St. Ann Health Dept . They have nasty practices .
